Order #4382 – Sizing and Return Experience

I ordered two old-school shirts for my favourite teams, both in XL, expecting them to be the same size as official club merchandise or high street stores. When they arrived, they were far too small.

When I asked to return or exchange them, I was met with “Did you check the size guide?” — which I hadn’t, but that was because I couldn’t find one anywhere on the site at the time. When a size guide was later sent via WhatsApp, it suggested that my height was indeed an XL (just), so in theory, I had ordered correctly.

Your team then told me they always recommend ordering a size up. Where is that vital piece of advice on your website? If customers are expected to order larger than the size stated, that should be clear and visible before purchase, or your sizing should be adjusted to reflect what customers expect.

Needless to say, the tone of the responses so far makes me doubt that an exchange or return will be honoured, which is really disappointing. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect customers to guess at sizing quirks or hidden advice. If you know the shirts run small, that should be clear at the point of sale.

In my view, this is poor service, and I hope you’ll reconsider how sizing is communicated and how you handle exchanges in cases like this.

My experience with this company has been a disaster.
Today is 28 days since i paid and ordered for 3 shirts and no delivery has occured . the communication is vague , poor and super unprofessional . A totally useless and scandalous organisation in my view . my order was just over 100 euros , if 100 euros is going to change their lives , well then that is so pathetic in my opinion . You send emails and w/a messages and they barely reply , they demand you track your own shipment and when you try , you have to pay a deposit for the tracking . its all a disater . They promised delivery around the 20/21 July. Furthermore the shipments come from china . They blocked me on whats app now because i was firm and accused them of being a scam in my view .

Great quality shirts! Would definitely buy from here again!

BE WARNED - DO NOT USE - SCAM!

I am fairly certain this is a scam company. Ordered shirt over a month ago, they sent me a dodgy tracking link that claimed the shirt was delivered by Bonnyrigg delivery office to my address and then blamed Royal Mail for the lack of shirt. This office is near Edinburgh, I am in Surrey… I’ve been given excuse after excuse but the shirt is not with me still and now they’ve stopped communicating. Luckily, I paid via Klarna so I have put a stop on the final two payments and requested a charge back from them on the first payment.

Very happy with my top. Had no response to my query on their whats app or email though. But will use again.

I bought a t-shirt and the service was very excellent.

Ordered the Brazil 98 top with Ronaldo the top is a cracker however the 9 is not centre on the front so shouldn’t have been sent like that. Also received a WhatsApp asking me to delete a previous review which I find quite odd.

Very bad company I cancelled my order and they don't seem to message you but are happy to take your money I think they scam people to try and take money from you when you order from them I wouldn't recommend using the website for football shirts as they seem to be a very dodgy website

Ths site is a scam. Jersey was never received, they have been telling me it's coming for weeks after giving me a fake tracking number.

Excellent quality Arsenal shirt with free delivery. I usually wear medium T-shirts/football shirts…I wanted this one to be oversized to represent the style in the 90’s/2000’s, even as a large it feels like a medium so I’d definitely advise to order a size up. But overall, really happy and will definitely be ordering again.
