Appalling service, the wrong size arrived weeks late and months later I still haven't been sent the correct size of On Cloud walking boots

These guys are bad news
No communcation after receiving the wrong size shoes

This company is a complete sham.
Send out the wrong goods, never reply to emails, have no contact information. Obviously some suspect Chinese rip-off operation masking as a legitimate trader. Avoid making the same mistake i did - DO NOT SHOP HERE.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Purchased Trainers from Instagram Add on the 9th January 26 . No Goods delivered. Took payment on a Credit Card then no further correspondence whatsoever. Would ideally give a score of ZERO. Now I must get in touch with the Credit Card company. SCAM SCAM SCAM URBANS CLUB

Ordered boots on the 7th of Jan. Started communication 2 weeks ago wondering where my order is at. I feel by the responses that they are BOT generated and from reading the below reviews that i have been scammed. Must try not to buy from ads on instagram going forward. Wish these type of companies could be vetted

Absolutely shocking, do not use this company or Hannon.

Why do our credit card companies allow these SCAM companies to operate, they are giving oxygen to such scams allowing them to take our monies in the first place so Master Card etc wake up and stop these crappy companies now.

I wouldn't use the company, I received the incorrect goods, and sent 15 emails with no response. I am resorting to my payment company to resolve the issue.

I'd give a zero if I could. Total scam. Like many others I bought two pairs of shoes and was sent the wrong size (and also very poor quality looking boots). Contacted the company and got a bot response. They fobbed me off to a gmail address that never responds. I kept trying and just got the same bot response. Urbans Club appear to now have changed their name (classic scammers move) and are now operating as Hannon Club. Contacted them and same response. US based "company" and I am now putting in an official complaint to the fraud departments of every payment house (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX etc) to hopefully get them to stop allowing their customers to make payments to these scammers.

Just an update following my previous post on 31 December. I had confirmation from my credit card provider (Barclays) today that my chargeback request has been successfully processed and the £92 I was scammed for a a back in my account.
I know it is a pain to fill in a form, but the process was fairly simply, and I would urge everyone to do the same. There is nothing the scammers can do to prevent your money being returned, and if everyone knows about the process and does it, they will not win. Go for it!

I ordered a size 9 and a size 8 was delivered after waiting weeks.
I didn’t realise and thought they were a small size 9! I then ordered a 9.5 and after ordering realised they had provided the wrong size! 20 e mails later requesting a refund/return - not a single reply - I have just realised I have been scammed after reading the trust pilot reviews - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Appalling indifference to customers, my boots took 6 weeks to arrive, OC box correct size, sadly inside a totally different size too small - 4 Emails, DM’s = zero response. Lost £95 and time, hassle.
Forced to engage my card company to try and get a response: Return/ exchange/ refund.

Don’t use this company. Ordered a pair of trainers and a pair of walking boots.Both took weeks to arrive and when they did they were both the wrong size and the walking boots were the wrong style. Customer service is non existent, you can only contact them via email and do not get a reply. From what I can tell there is no returns policy or refund policy . Compete joke.

If I could put no stars I would! Absolute scam sell fake trainers from china, never turned up and haven’t responded in day after countless emails

like so many others i ordered trainers, wrong size arrived and only receiving AI generated repllies from a third party when requesting refund. customer service non existent. No phone numbers available.

Got delivered wrong sizes on both boot and trainers and they look fake bad quality and of course customer service useless and took over 3 weeks to receive the fake wrong sized order stay away and in this day and age how are they allowed to trade and get away with this

I bought a pair of ON trainers from here and had to wait a few weeks. When they did arrive I got the wrong size in a different size box, i have sent several emails but these are being ignored. Do not buy from this company, stay well clear even if the price does seem great. Total scam

Terrible experience. Ordered trainers at almost £100. Urbana club sent wrong size then have simply ignored all requests to exchange or refund. Do not use this company to buy anything whatsoever

Ordered a pair of trainers about 1st December. I still haven’t had any updates. Tried emailing several times to customer service, they have replied but keep saying that they haven’t received my order. Looks like they are making fun of customers. Am still coming to terms with loosing my £92. Surely platforms like Shopify and others should vet companies before hand. They should take some of the blame. Am about to report this so called company to Shopify and Google. That’s where they advertise amongst other sites.
