We had a really nice and smooth experience with Urbansticks Mortgage Solutions.
Michelle and the team were very responsive and helpful, had a great communication in a professional and timely manner. We were always explained everything we needed to know and our options before we could make a decision. They helped with all the questions and concerns we had during the process.

Urbansticks were recommended to me by a friend. I had a current mortgage and was looking for a new one to facilitate the purchase of another home as my family grown larger. I was put in touch with Terry Hyett. From the very first phone call everything about the process was explained to me clearly and in language I could understand. Urbansticks stayed in constant contact and literally walked me through the process. They obtained exactly the mortgage I was after. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Friendly, professional, and produced a perfect result.

Terry was always available and their client portal was so easy to use and made my life so much easier when uploading all the supporting documents required.

Would rate 100 stars if we could. Absolutely outstanding service by Michelle and Jacqueline, me and my partner are incredibly happy with the way our mortgage was handled from start to finish. Everything was organised, anything we did not understand or needed more clarity was promptly resolved by a Zoom call and etc. We will highly recommend Urbansticks and will definitely be coming back in the future.

First of all, we would like to say a big thank you to Urbansticks for everything they have done to help us achieve the completion of the purchase of our first house. It was such a pleasant to work with Terry and Jackie. They are very communicative, trustable and client oriented.

As the first-time buyer, we were extremely frustrated and had no idea about the process, we feel that Terry and his team always stand on our side and try to provide as much assistance as possible. They not only assisted us on the mortgage service they were contracted to do but also being extremely helpful when we ran into problems or delays which completely unrelate to them.

In the entire purchasing process, they were always the first people to jump straight into the problem, try their best to resolve for us or provide their experience and suggestion whenever we had one. We never feel that there is a question unanswered by them and strongly feel that they really wish us a success of our purchase. Absolutely anyone and everyone should use this company for their mortgage applications! Being a first time buyer, I was absolutely drowning with anxiety when I first reached out to Urban Sticks but once I had my initial video meeting Michelle, all of that just peeled away. She explained in thorough detail what the next steps were without all of the jargon. She was honest, straightforward and the easiest, most lovely person to talk to. She answered any and every question with immense detail without hyping up expectations and she replies to emails in what seems to be the blink of an eye. She is absolutely dedicated to doing right by you and you can tell she has such a passion and love for her job too. Jackie is also just as amazing, she informed me every step of the way what was needed and what stage the application was at, up until I got the delightful email from her letting me know the mortgage offer has been received! She kept in frequent communication with the mortgage company throughout the entire process and sent me emails several times a day letting me know exactly what was happening. I really couldn't applaud this company's commitment to their clients enough, I cannot wait to work with them again when purchasing more properties in the future! Wanted to express how much Urban Sticks have helped and assisted with our mortgage application. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and contacted Urban Sticks upon online recommendations. Michelle who has been my first point of contact has been amazing from the start to finish. She is very patient and always kept us updated on the progress and our options. She was very understanding even with the silliest questions that I had, she did not hesitate to answer and break it all down so I understood. I was a first time buyer and a little anxious not knowing the steps/ what to expect. I previously had another broker working on my case who wasn’t good so I appointed Urban sticks and had Michelle as the adviser and Jackie as the relationship manager.

Both Michelle and Jackie by far exceeded my expectations and they have been absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond and managed to get everything sorted from start to finish in an extremely timely manner. The communication was always in a very, very timely manner and they always answered every questions I had and nothing was too much trouble.

Hands down one of the best services I have ever received! I was buying a house for the first time and completely new to the entire process but Terry and his team (Jackie) were so kind and very knowledgeable about the entire process. I had a long list of questions and doubts and Terry was always on hand and responsive to my numerous emails. I felt very comfortable working with him and the team and there was complete transparency about every aspect. The quality of the service I received was just superb - I had read other reviews of the company prior to using them, but now I can see why other people gave them fantastic reviews too. The quote I was given for using their services was also very good and not overpriced compared to some other brokers - I'm very happy I chose them and I have now successfully completed on my house! I just wanted to come on here to say how absolutley amazing Michelle and the team are. Me and my partner had a rocky road when it came to us sorting out a mortgage, with my partner being on a 0 hour contract and being on and off furlough. Michelle was amazing and would constantly reassure me and even message me back late in the evening. She was so on it and responded to my questions quickly. Our experience with Urban Sticks has been fantastic. Michelle has been a wonderful broker for us. She explained all steps throughout the process clearly and answered any and all questions that we had. We had a tricky situation with our initial application being rejected at the valuation stage but Michelle was proactive in finding an alternative for us at short notice and helping us acquire a mortgage offer to meet the stamp duty deadline.

I still can't quite believe it! I was flat out refused a mortgage by other brokers. Mine was not a straight forward case as I have multiple income streams and my salary fluctuates throughout the year. Michelle fought my case when the underwriters initially declined my mortgage and has provided me with feedback and (emotional!) support every step of the way. It has been SUCH an emotional journey! Michelle has been right by my side. She is caring, diligent, professional and tenacious - I cannot fault! My son and I are so, so happy to finally have the security of our own home.
