The guys here are the best.

I've returned to Urban Tropicana again to add to my indoor jungle 🤭 each and every time I've made an online order, there's always a nice handwritten note in the package, makes the experience that bit nicer. I'm sure all their other customers would agree that it's a nice touch. UT have always served me well and I'm glad that I'm able to come back to them for online purchases, I don't live anywhere near but it's evident they care about what they do. Many thanks 😃

Because of the Christmas season, I was unsure about purchasing an e-card, anticipating hiccups and delays. To my delight, the staff at Urban Tropicana answered my 2 emails almost immediately, clearly answering my questions.
When I paid, the e-card with access number were sent immediately into my mailbox and I was able to forward them as a birthday gift to my nephew.
I'm delighted with this company.

I cant fault my first purchase from urban tropicana. I had trouble at first placing my order (a glitch at my end) but had fantastic email communication from the staff. I placed my order, and had an email explaining they only had the one in stock, but it had a couple of marks on the leaves, with photos attached. They offered me the options of continuing the sale and a partial refund, or a full refund. The damage looked minimal so I continued with the purchase and a 20% refund. This straight away gives me confidence in the business, as many would have just packed it and sent it regardless, these guys obviously strive for perfection!!! When my plant arrived, which was very fast, it really was very healthy, a couple of minor yellow marks on a couple of the leaves, but nothing that causes concern or would have deterred me from buying the plant. It appears to be happy and thriving in its new home, and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service received. I will happily use urban tropicana again and would highly recommend to others.

I've bought a few things from these guys and they have always been fab. My recent purchase was excellent plants stunning the guys went out of their way sending me pictures of the plants so I could pick my favourite. Customer service was fantastic. Packing is excellent everything arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely buy from them again thanks so much!
