I visited the Northfields branch of Urban Tropicana and could not have wished for a better service!!! Eden, was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a couple of house plants to a complete novice like myself. Will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely fabulous plants, in my plant rescue box, can't wait to see what they become.

I just passed by to get some bark but after a few minutes of chatting with Steve i bought some other things that i never knew i needed 😂 Thank you for your invaluable tips for my green babies! Very lovely customer service ❤️

Great service, good advice on how to take care of plants and lots of patience when I was choosing the pots...

My plant rescue box was amazing , I got six plants,all of them perfectly wrapped, and a lovely card ! I have order before plant rescue boxes for order shops and this box was the best one by far !!! Thank you very much Urban Tropicana ! I will order again witouth doubt!

Delivered our chosen plants right to our office with a comprehensive care guide. Could not have asked for better.

The online ordering process was straightforward although did not allow for adding a greeting card
with personal message for recipient. However the shop when I spoke with them couldn't have been more helpful. The plant was delivered exactly as requested and in great condition.

Urban Tropicana is probably my favourite shop! The people are so lovely and knowledgeable and the plants are well cared for and really decently priced. My favourite bit is probably the discounted section which tends to have really good plants which only need a little of extra love. Keep it going guys ~ you’re brilliant!
