Haben eine Jacke bestellt...war von der Qualität mies...musste sie auf eigene Kosten zurück schicken für 20euro aber die Firma hat sie nie abgeholt beim Zoll also kam sie nach einem halben jahr zurück...totaler betrug alles

Wir haben 4 Hosen für je 60 Euro bestellt. Wir haben 2 bekommen, aber die falschen und 2 andere nicht erhalten. Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht Die Hosen sind keine 5 Euro Wert.
Das beste daran war, dass wir die 2 Hosen nach China für 50 Euro zurückschicken müssten, um das Geld wieder zurückzubekommen.

Nie wieder bestellen, sie sind einfach Abzocker.

AWFUL!!! JUST A SCAM and now I’m out over $130! I got four pairs of the size large for my 17-year-old. Waited over three months for them. When they got here, my 13-year-old couldn’t even get them on. They are not real Jeans. They don’t even have slits so you can button them. you literally cannot even wear them. There’s no opening in the fabric to button them. I cannot believe this company is able to scam people. They said I can ship them back on my own but sending Jeans back that heavy with no pre-label will be so expensive and just not worth it. I wouldn’t trust them to refund my money anyhow. Awful company. Shut them down! Complete scammers!

This is a scam stay clear. If you can try to file a chargeback with your bank and argue that it’s a scam website. Also make sure to report this disgusting website to places such as action fraud (uk).

do not buy anything from this company, they advertise their products completely different to how they come in person. it’s made out of cheap knock off materials and doesn’t even match the description. they also won’t answer your emails if you try to return the items

I had a terrible experience with Urbmale.cc, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website. They advertise specific brands and products, but what you receive is completely different — cheap, low-quality knockoffs that don’t match the description at all.

When I tried to return the item, they insisted I send it back to an address in China that does not exist. It’s impossible to communicate with their customer service because they keep repeating the same generic responses and never actually address the issue.

This website is a total scam. Don’t waste your money or time. Avoid Urbmale.cc!

Ho preso uno smanicato sul loro sito, prezzo e spedizione ridicoli, non hanno inserito maggior parte delle informazioni per la spedizione e infatti ci ha impiegato più di un mese per arrivare. Arrivato oggi, assolutamente diverso dalle foto, materiale plasticoso e loghi stampati anziché ricamati. Servizio clienti inesistente ti risponde il bot con la stessa risposta da copia e incolla ogni volta che gli scrivi. Ridicoli meritate la chiusura.

Leider entsprechen die Hosen gar nicht den Bildern online und sind auch nicht aus Jeans-Stoff.
Ich rate deutlich davon ab hier zu bestellen...

Délai de livraison interminable, j’ai voulut annuler ma commande vu que ce n’était pas parti et qu’on peut se faire rembourser dans les 30 jours, mais impossible d’avoir une réponse. J’ai contacté Paypal pour expliquer le problème et comme par magie j’ai eu un mail m’indiquant que le produit était parti. Quand je l’ai reçu, il n’était pas de la bonne couleur, marron noir au lieu de gris clair et noir. On me propose de le renvoyer à mes frais pour être remboursé mais je passe mon tour…
Comme on dit, on apprend de ses erreurs, j’ai bien appris…

Very bad experience. The size is smaller than the size guide. The jacket had a metal zipper in the photo and arrived with a plastic zipper. The model in the store had embroidery that was not present in the product shipped.

I think I’m the first person to write a 4 star review but hear me out if you’re ur order isn’t here yet , here’s how u can most probably fix it. You know how urbmale also sends ads to ur gmail so take advantage, go to their gmail , click on reply and you will realise there’s a place called subject on it delete whatever is there and write something bad like for example I wrote “if your company doesn’t send my order before Feb I’m going to take legal action” and guess what not even the next day , in the next few hours I got my jacket and it was nice quality so pls do this if you didn’t get your jacket

Believe the reviews. I am a type of person who goes against many wrong reviews until I try it for myself, and now I can say it’s true.

The jacket I ordered looks nothing like what the photo really made it seem to be. Coat stinks of bad fabric, and the pricing is nothing compared to the cheap material they made it out of.

I waited a month and 4 days for this to arrive, I had to email them for my tracking as they “forgot to send it” their professionalism is out the window as well, emailing me “sorry to bother you my dear but hello” after they lost my email..

Save your money, go shop at stores worth the money.

Dont ever order for this company, It is everything that is mentioned on this reviews. The item is nothing like what is on the site, the make of it is discusting, the sizing is wrong, everything about this site is a rip off... Then when your not happy with the

J ai passé une commande pour laquelle j ai tout de suite été débité, au bout de 3 semaines ma commande n étais toujours pas envoyée malgres plusieurs relances par mail. J ai ouvert une réclamation sur PayPal et ils ont enfin envoyé ma commande plus d 1 mois après ma commande. Bien sure ce sont des produits qui viennent de Chine et pas du tout d Angleterre… site à fuire !!!
