Urgent Care 365 

My 22 year old daughter had a consultation with Dr Iqbal. We found him absolutely fantastic, he did a thorough check and gave a detailed advice. He answered all the questions and his advice made her much better. Much more effective than waiting hours for a 2 mins call from 111 on a weekend.

UrgentCare365 are always excellent, if your child has any issues then take them to urgentcare, they will get the attention they deserve. I don’t want to slate the NHS but I’ve had so many issues with them not doing what they should do and myself or my child suffering because of their negligence, so why should I not mention that. I recently saw DR Aziz and Jake for blood tests and both were excellent, I like how you get the actual results of the blood tests and can see your different levels of everything. One thing they could improve is include the price of the doctor going through the results with you in the price of the tests, but other than that I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from them. Waiting room is great, tea coffee cold water, you are never waiting long either or over your appointment time. I will continue to use them whenever I need to see a Dr. Thank you

Upon arrival, I had great impression, the reception lady was very welcoming. When i went to the GP room i was more an more disappointed as the time went. I have some problems, to one which the doctor replied he doesn't need to look at it. I was hoping to at least find out which severity i am at. My £100 was me 20 minute explaining my issue and him saying he cant help me and go back to nhs, and told me what I knew already. I left disappointed and wont be back in the future. Wasted, time, energy and money. If you have cold or headache, its ok, but don't go if you have digestive or gastro issues. As soon as i wrote this review i had a phone and an email from the manager wanting to "sort it" now its two week pass by and I had nothing sorted apart from them " acknowledging" my complaint. I suffer from anxiety as well and how this situation was handled is totally unacceptable and cause me a lot of stress!

From start to finish, the care here is excellent and exactly what you need it to be; calm, reassuring and effective. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and genuinely cared about giving the right help. I can’t thank them enough. I have used this service before and won’t hesitate to use it again.

I went to Dr Omole last week - very professional service from start to finish - very happy. She was very thorough and reassuring. The Reception staff were very efficient and kind to me as I was extremely stressed. An excellent service and I am very happy knowing it is available every day.
