Fantastic company, I ordered a beautiful heart shaped urn for my little whippet who was sadly pts on Monday, the item arrived today (Thursday) fully personalised in a beautiful velvet box. Very impressed.

Great customer service. My urn was no longer required. Offered to return for a refund but company said to keep and they would refund 50% so going to donate urn to a charity. Highly recommend

The urn i got for my mum's ashes have just arrived and it's beautiful better than I thought and the engraving is perfect.

The urn arrived within 5 days and the quality and finish was excellent.
What made it extra special was the engraving which brought tears to my eyes in rememberance of my wonderful wife.

Spent quite some time looking for the right urn before finding a lovely wooden urn with tree of life engraving. A reasonable £10 for a personalised engraving, which was very well done. Urn is lovely and different than other quite basic looking options I saw. A bag was also provided to ensure the ashes as secure inside the urn. Good communication and quick delivery.

The casket was beautiful and well designed. The appearance and quality was excellent. It was easy to use and I was very pleased with it.

I received my Butterfly casket today & WOW I was absolutely blown away by how absolutely beautiful this urn is & a fitting tribute for my amazing mum.
