I was having urinary retention issues towards the end of December 2025 and ended up with my very first catheter on December 28th, due to a UTI. After the catheter was removed, I was fine for a few days until my stream stopped again. My Urologist put me on Tamsulosin (Flomax) 0.4 mg, x 2 every night, which has affected my sex life completely. Forgot to mention that my Urologist diagnosed me with an enlarged prostate after a Cystoscopy, hence the reason for taking two Flomax at night. Since I had urgency in shrinking my prostate, I was taking the Flomax; however, about three weeks ago, I started taking two capsules of Uromend per day and have found the same relief minus the horrible side effects that have affected my sexual performance. I am waiting for the Uromend to continue building up in my system so that I can discard the Flomax and recoup my sex life. Uromend truly works just as good as Flomax, minus the horrible side effetcs. Thank you for giving my sex life back!!!

Works awesome sleep threw the night easy shipping and fast

I purchased Uromend and became very sick in using it. I contacted Uromend within 20 days of purchase and asked for a full refund. I was told that I would have to return the product, pay for the shipping, and also pay for a 30% restocking fee.

I should not gave to pay these fees for a product making me sick.

I would not recommend this product.

I had prostate issues but didn't really pay much attention until I started this. After taking it for a while now I realized I had more of an issue than I thought. Very happy I've been taking this, makes a real difference.
