Bilt Labs -- a no-risk option for orthotic foot support
I think that Bilt Labs is a no-risk option for those needing more support than is offered by standard shoe insoles. They offer multiple adjustments to their orthotics, and will promptly refund your original purchase price if you are not satisfied after the third pair.
To be clear, the orthotics did not end up working for me, but I know they do for many, and it is worth a try -- you will not be out any money. It is a great business model. 5 stars for their business, 3 stars because I ended up returning them.

BILT Labs gave me hope!!!!
I’ve been dealing with foot pain for over a decade. I almost lost hope, I’ve been to multiple podiatrist throughout the years and either it was a temporary fix and in some cases seemed my pain was only getting worse also the quoted me about 1300 for orthotics. Bilt labs really came through from beginning to the end of this process, the molds are easy and durable. Great customer service, great communication, absolutely great product 10/10 thanks for giving me hope again I almost cried when I started feeling my feet having relief after all this time. I will be ordering another custom pair from Bilt.❤️❤️❤️

Bilt Labs customer service
I received my second pair of insoles two weeks ago. My dog got ahold of the right one and I needed to replace the insole. I called Bilt Labs and spoke with Laura. She was so pleasant and understanding. She said they would send me a replacement insole at no charge!! I am so happy about the replacement and with the insoles themselves. The insoles make a big difference in eliminating my hip pain. I highly recommend them. Thank you Laura.
Very excellent customer service!
While I am unable to comment on whether my custom orthotics are good (I haven’t received yet). I can confidently say that their customer service is excellent! I had an issue with dropping off my custom impression being jammed in a drop off chute after usps’s normal hours, so I couldn’t retrieve or properly send my package to biltlabs. I explained my situation with Laura over email, and she let me know that they would send me a new mold impression kit to make sure my impression was accurate and would fit my needs, and also reassured me that the would even accept the older impression in case it wasn’t crushed during processing. Thank you Laura!
Poor construction, bad casting, cheap materials
Poor construction. Falls apart. Does not last more than a couple months. Adhesive is sub standard and layers were not matched up correctly. Doesn't even look like my foot. Poor support, cheap materials. One of the worst ever and I have had many. Now they are emailing me to let me know mine are 'fatigued' after a year. Its all a scam to get you to subscribe to a never ending supply of the shittiest inserts youve ever seen. Go get cork, don't waste your time with this. Cork lasts many years with no issues or degradation and is the only material I will accept now.

I ordered two pairs April 2025. It took a while for them to arrive. I was disappointed when the arrived, because they were too big to fit in any of my shoes. I wrote to them and they asked me to trim them myself. I didn't want to do it myself, so they offered to trim for me and send me a return label to send back the insoles. When they sent back the trimmed insoles, I was out of town and package must have been left at door and was stolen. I forgot about it until recently, Feb 2026, that I have never received the trimmed insoles back. I was looking for it coz I recently injured my knee and wanted to put a good insole in my shoes. I reached out to them and they had all the records and tracking # that the insoles were sent and arrived back in May 2025. I figured that was nothing more I can do to recover them since it was so long ago. To my surprise, the customer service personnel, Laura, offered to re-make two pairs and send them to me for free. This was totally unexpected. I just received them yesterday and they fit my shoes perfectly. Thank you Laura and Bilt Labs for taking care of your customers so well.
Easy from start to finish
The entire ordering process was easy and each step during production was explained clearly so I knew what to expect next. I had to contact Bilt Labs a few after receiving my order for a copy of my receipt and they responded within an hour with my receipt. Their attention and timely response was very appreciated.

Working with Laura has been a great experience. There was an issue with return address to Bilt Labs and Laura had sent me a replacement kit. Apparently the original created molds have reached your company and are now in the process of generating my orthotic insoles. We discussed the situation this morning and Laura agreed that we would wait and see how the insoles fit. Laura is an excellent customer service representative. She's very professional, understanding and accommodating. Thank you again.

These inserts have been life changing. Up until 6 months ago when I received my first pair of inserts I could barely walk. I’m 42 years old and had no idea what was going on. I’m a very active person and I was starting to become crippled. I had so much pain at nighttime and seeing the day. I went thru 2-3k worth of different shoes to try to stop the pain. I had a conversation with my father who at the same ago had the same problem. He recommended I try a pair of these. Bilt Labs | Custom Orthotic Insoles. The price is very reasonable as compared to my prediatrist. The orthos are really good. Just as good as the $600.00 pair that my pediatrist made me. It is very convenient. They send you foam to step in and you close the box and prepaid shipping to send back. It takes over a month to get the finished product by mail. They are a good quality and after 2 years I have no problem with them.
