This company owns Tata Harper. I am unable to cancel a "subscription" that I didn't even order.

I was charged by import taxes over 70 eur. because they marked my products value more than 60 eur. even tho originally I paid for them 40 eur. Strange, no explanation and no support from customer services. They really don't care about client. NEVER AGAIN.

Laneige says that they will replace or refund, if you follow their instructions.

I followed exactly the instructions, absorbing the cost for the return, included the original invoice, the NEW & UNUSED original product, and indicated what product I would like the return replaced with.

I got nothing.

I have contacted them, via email, many times now, requesting status of the replacement product, and I keep getting bot replies.

It is extremely frustrating and I will never buy from Laneige (AmorePacific) again. I’ll encourage my 5k followers on IG not to buy from them too.

Obsessed with their skin care line. My go to for many years. I highly recommend especially their Time Response Skin Reserve Creme for face and for the eyes along with their Vintage Single Extract Essence. I can’t live without these products. Thanks to this combo my skin feels deeply hydrated and looks refreshed with an awesome glow. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Multiple voice mails are not returned and all emails sent through various chains are signed by the same person, who doesnt want to actually serve their customers. I purchased a product in person from the Sulwhasoo counter internationally. The sales associate packaged the wrong product in error. Ive been advised that Sulwhasoo customer service will not honor their return policy to customers who shop outside of the U.S., even though they are a US based customer. Why they want to die on this hill, gain bad reviews, and lose a customer is beyond me. For being a Korean brand, they certainly treat shoppers in Korea with unethical and discriminatory practices.

I have bought $$$$ from them. They do not deliver free gifts. I contacted them. They said they would sent it and never did. Ignore all attempted contact. Is this a way to do business with a good customer?

AP provides exceptional high quality skincare products. Luxurious ingredients which actually work! Have been using for a few years...my daily skincare régimen. Have tried other High end brands, nothing compares or can compete with AP. A tad costly, however tremendously worth it.
AP truly ROCKS for glowing healthy younger looking skin!!!
