slow as... in terms of a reinstall in 2026

Quiero jugar, prefiero el offline porque es una burocracia horrible el configurar y decir que si soy yo a cada rato, contraseas y demás, no me deja entrar al juego porque Battlenet esta enfrente, pidiendo que inicie sesión y no se qué otras cosas, respiré profundo y traté de tener paciencia, me enviaron 5 correos seguidos con password y ninguno de ellos servía, no quiero iniciar sesión ni lidiar con contraseñas!! quiero JUGAR! hacer log in me recuerda al trabajo y a lo que no deseo cuando deseo distraerme! dejen de poner trabas a algo tan hermoso como es jugar!

Absolute worst app, customer service, video game company ever created THE WORST LITERALLY HORRIBLE dont buy their games

Horrible. Can't even install this POS launcher to access Black Ops 4, which I bought ages ago. Instead of this stupid launcher just working, posts online want me to jump thru 50 different hoops to *maybe* get it to work.
Stuck on 87%, then stuck on updating at 45% earlier after ending the process early, and now stuck on 88% the second time round.

Do not buy games from these incompetent people.

Nothing works. The customer support is terrible. I can't log in into my account. The games are not even that good. I can't believe how can't just make the whole system/support better (it's not even that hard). The people responsible for this app should be fired immediately.

Very poorly optimized platform. The games aren't loading and updates are always stucked. You have to find on other platfroms how to deal with this errors inside Battle net

Pire application que je connaisse. Impossible de se connecter sur téléphone, le mail vous est envoyé mais la page se deconnecte lorsque vous voulez rentrer le code.
Oubliez la double authentification avec votre numéro de téléphone, l'application vous met un message d'erreur comme quoi votre numéro de téléphone n'est pas pré-payé ? Après quelques recherches sur internet il faut contacter une autre boite indienne et payer 99 centimes pour avoir un numéro de téléphone valide.
C'est un scandale qu'une boite comme blizzard laisse ce genre d'application sur le marché, c'est de la fraude.

Vraiment battle.net est une immondice sans nom, à peine fonctionnelle bonne chance à tous ceux qui sont amenez à l'utiliser

Nothing works. For some reason they logged me out And even they're own codes won't work. Look for games not needing battlenet launcher. We need to stop giving money to companies that have no customer service. Battlenet does not, just pages of try this. If you're having same issues, if your bank is decent, they will take care your lost money and it shows a pattern of investigation when the class action suit is filed.

I've tried on many occasions for about a decade now to log into Battle.Net and its CAPTCHA test ALWAYS stops me. Every time. After giving it a couple of tries I walk away for another year or so. Fix your flawed crappy product. I'll try again in another year, maybe, if you're still in business.

The worst gaming company to exist in the world. Keeps logging me out and their stupid login process keeps forgetting my password. What a waste of my time 0/100 even EA is better.

Schmutz einfach schmutz was netteres fällt mir nicht ein.

Seit zwei Wochen versuche ich mein Problem zu lösen: Mein Authenticator muss entfernt werden, da ich mich nicht mehr einloggen kann. Der Support ist leider keine Hilfe und schickt lediglich automatisierte Textbausteine. Besonders dreist: Mein Ticket wird als 'gelöst' markiert und geschlossen, während das Abo munter weiterläuft, ohne dass ich die Leistung nutzen kann. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.
