The dresses I ordered were delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, two of the three dresses I ordered did not work for me. The return process was simple, and Boden communicated the return timeline, so I knew exactly when my account would be credited.

Love it and it is a keeper. I sized up since I feel like it will shrink and I don’t like things too small. However, it is a bit long and the arm holes are rather deep for modesty. Hopefully it shrinks in the right way.

Returns are easy and I found just the dress I wanted

Always refreshing to visit and shop at Boden in Avalon. The customer service is outstanding. The styling and quality of my purchase was something I can wear for years to come. It is also ageless and practical. I will wear with a contrasting midi skirt or white linen slacks.

The price of the item was reduced by 25% within 14 days of my purchase. When I spoke to CS, the rep was cordial but insisted that they would not provide the lower price as it was more than 7 days. I’d think Boden would prefer to keep a new customer by offering a better customer experience, rather than having me return the item and be displeased. Unfortunate.

Clothing arrived timely. Sending the bathing suit and dress to my granddaughters just hope they all fit.

Boden provides the most adorable clothes for my grandkids--color, style, long-lasting. On the rare occasion when something doesn't fit, they create easy returns. My FAVORITE!!

Design & color was okay, but was disappointed in material, fit and sizing . It was tight in the arms & back and I literally had to cut it use scissors to cut it off after struggling and hurting my back. Money wasted.

everything was great until it’s been over 10 days for my refund on return. i rebought the same dress in a different size and i love it but would like my money back for the return. it shouldn’t take this long !!!!

The clothing is excellent quality and the colors are vivid and beautiful. The times I have had to return items, it has been easy! Everyone compliments me on my shoes and clothes purchases.
