I placed an order right near Thanksgiving and now it is Christmas Eve and it still has not been delivered. When I track it, it says it's at a sorting facility and the last date is from Dec 9th. I have attempted to chat with customer service but NO ONE EVER REPLIES TO ME. I will never order from you again. I want my order or a refund. Both of which probably will never happen.

My first order was for 3 diamond painting kits. I received 2 diamond painting kits and 1 paint by number. I thought maybe I mis-ordered and let it go. My second order was for 3 diamond painting kits. Buy 2 get one free. I only received the 2 that I paid for. That's it, I will not order from them again.

The after-sales service is excellent and the follow-up fair and fast. I also recommend Figured'art for the quality of their products.

Despite a couple issues with delivery and or product quality Figured Art always made it right. I've been buying my paint by numbers for years now and will always turn to them for my needs. Peace

I just placed my first order with them. I have recently moved and accidentally had the wrong shipping address. I contacted them and they fixed it really quickly. Super happy with the support.

Figured' Art is such a reliable company! If they have a question about an order, they contact you. The products are the best and I have purchased kits from many companies-the selection is terrific

I recently had an issue with an order from Figured Art where a couple of items went missing during shipping. While it was understandably frustrating, I was incredibly impressed with the way the company handled the situation.
From the moment I reached out to their customer service team, they responded quickly and professionally. They acknowledged the issue right away and reassured me that they would do everything in their power to resolve it. Within a short time, they processed replacements for the missing items and shipped them out without any additional hassle on my end.
What really stood out was their clear communication throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was being left in the dark.
I can’t thank Figured Art enough for their excellent customer service. It’s rare to experience such a smooth resolution, and their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction made all the difference. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I've ordered several items from Figured'Art and they have all been great. I especially love their custom paint by numbers that have turned out great. there is always enough paint to give your painting a healthy layer, which I appreciate because I like the paint to be nice and thick. You will not be disappointed!

I want to leave this review so that others know of my experience with Figured Art USA. I had ordered several Dot Art Kits from different companies only to find that I was missing colors of beads. I found Figured Art USA , I made a list of the colors I needed and ordered them. I received them and also an email response on a color that they didn’t have. I was also asked it there were other colors I needed. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. It was truly a pleasure to have a company that cares about providing excellent customer service. I will recommend them to all.

i took the offer of buy 2 get 1 free. the 2 were shipped ahead. i contacted figured art because my third item had not arrived. they answered me promptly and my package did arrive shortly after.

I received my paint by number kit quickly after ordering and started on it right away. The colors are vibrant, and it’s even more beautiful in person! Working on this kit has been very relaxing for me. I did have to contact customer service for a minor issue, and the service I received from Jacel, the customer service rep, was beyond 5 stars! If you’re looking for a relaxing hobby or specifically for paint by number kits, I would highly recommend this company. So many beautiful choices and stellar customer service if you need any questions answered!

Recently I had to get help from Customer Service at Figure’d Art. I cannot say enough about how amazing the person was in helping me. She spent an inordinate amount of time in my estimation tracking down my order. The whole thing was my fault for not writing down the order number in the first place so finding the correct order was a huge job I’m sure.
If you ever have a need to contact Customer Service, don’t hesitate to do so. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! I almost forgot what great customer service looked like until I ordered a paint by number and extra set of paints.
I received an email right away asking which painting I had ordered that required the extra paints so that they were sure to send the right ones. I replied right away that it was for the photo I sent and they responded just as quickly that they would be sure to get those colors sent.
How refreshing!
I’m excited to get the paint by number and to work with this company in the future.

I ordered some PBN kits and they came in great condition .. now to paint them .. I’ll be back .. very pleased with my transaction!

I am currently working on my second of three diamond paintings. I appreciated the buy two, get one free as I think the quality is wonderful. I ran out of one color on my first project and contacted the company right away. James was super helpful and very prompt to answer my problem. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I sent a photo in to FiguredArt to work with and provide me a paint by number rendition. The one they returned had some wrong color variations. When I contacted them they were super helpful! Amazing to work with and made everything right! I will definitely do business with them again! It is refreshing to find a company that still believing in customer care! Thank you FiguredArt!! I appreciate that someone does their job and follows through if a problem arises. I will buy from them again and again. James is so wonderful.
