The support was outstanding when anything needed to be explained to me or corrected! Extremely caring people

Communication has been polite with the sales associates which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. I only however receive communication if I reach out first. I have yet to receive my sauna which was ordered over 3 months ago. I know this is a production issue. I am concerned that I have been charged fully for a back order item which is not a common practice in retail. I do however have ability to dispute the charges on my credit card if I don’t receive my sauna. For that j would give a second 1 star rating.

Overselling particular brand names. Nothing new under the sun.

So glad I moved forward with purchasing my thera sauna.
It was worth the wait. Already seeing results using my sauna at least 4 times a week in less than one month. Thank you

Easy to put together. Video sent ahead of time prepared us well. Customer service was prompt. When question couldn’t be answered the representative went straight to the manufacturer and I got a quick response. Appreciated that a lot. I still don’t understand the “lifetime” warranty on heater units and how they can be measured by hours of use. I appreciate dealing with a company in the USA.

We would absolutely recommend USA Health and Wellness! Garen was great to work with! We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!

Got sauna ahead of schedule. Private transportation did a great job communicating arrival time and helping us get the boxes in the back yard.

Constructive:

The pop-up stream sauna feels great. Really helps in this dry and cold winter environment.

Setup was a bit difficult though. Printed instructions would be helpful as well as modified corner pieces. I couldn't fit mine all together in the confined space so used some rope to keep everything together. I'd also recommend sending the remote with a battery included. Just charge a few dollars more to cover the cost.

USA Health and Wellness were great throughout my whole purchase process of a 2-person Vital Health Far Infrared Sauna and I highly recommend them. They were very helpful and responsive to all of my initial questions when I was deciding on which sauna to purchase and kept me informed throughout the process from ordering to delivery and were quick to respond to my follow up questions after delivery. Also, we love the sauna and have used it every day since setting up in September. We are so happy with our sauna choice, it was relatively easy to put together for 2 people, looks great, works really well and is very high quality with lots of extra features. If you're considering buying a sauna, I highly recommend this one, great value for money and USA Health and Wellness were a great business to purchase from. Thank you!

After much research and shopping in stores decided to purchase on internet. USA HEALTH was very responsive and Garen answered all questions when ever I called . Free shipping was great and sauna arrived packed very well. Set up took about 1 hour with 2 of us went together very well. Had my sauna for 6 weeks and am very pleased with my purchase.

We are very pleased with our purchase. The turn around time from sale to home was faster then expected, which was very nice. The free shipping is a wonderful benefit. We do wish having our hot tub moved from the truck into it’s final spot was an option. The freight company was great about getting it here. We were told in advance, that we will need bodies to help move it when it arrives. After moving such a huge piece into our back yard I think an option to pay for professionals to do that part would be well worth the money. The hot tub it’s self is wonderful and the man who sold it to use even came to help us move it to our backyard.

you would of gotten a 5 if someone would of just picked up the phone for a status update throughout the process/
