I looked for the perfect Infrared sauna for about seven months and Garen stuck with me the whole time. He never was pushy, was always informational and just had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend him and the Clearlight Jacuzzi sauna we bought! I’ve actually lost a couple of pounds and we both feel healthier already in just about 10 days of use! Even our cat loves it!

Great people to work with, Garin took his time to ask questions so he could sell me what I needed, answered all my questions, it was a big purchase and I felt no pressure to buy it right away. I would recommend this company to anybody, i purchased the health mate 5 and im very happy with it, you can't go wrong giving this company a chance. One last thing is that after the sale you hear from them to make sure everything was good, and if they can help with anything, so you feel appreciated and just not a commission check.

Tyler was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about saunas and the sauna market. I was thinking about one particular brand and after some discussion and answering some of his questions, he pointed me to the right brand and type sauna for me. He was responsive and the purchasing process was easy and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by Tyler and USA Health & Wellness...and the sauna is great too!!

Honestly I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my HealthMate Far Infrared Sauna. As most of you know the EMF ratings on a lot of the saunas out there today are just full of it and far from being the truth. This sauna is legit, safe, and wow do I get the ultimate sweat out of it. The sound system (speakers) is amazing and I use the sauna daily! If you’re looking for a safe, effective, well built sauna than do yourself a service and purchase your sauna from USA Health and Wellness. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t just part of sale sheet. USA Health and Wellness gets my full approval. I’ll start off by giving Tyler at Wellness two thumbs up for his exceptional advice, service and and follow-up I experienced throughout my purchase of a clear light sauna back in January of this year. I feel 100% satisfied with the price I paid and quality sauna I received. Can’t say thank you enough to Tyler and staff!
As for the sauna itself, remarkable craftsmanship and premium quality everything. I have used this clear light IR sauna 4 days a week since receiving it a bout 4 months ago and it’s living up to its name and reputation remarkably. Better skin, considerably less joint and muscle fatigue post workout, and a beautiful scent from the cedar to boot. I have recommended to all who’ve seen it. Can’t wait to upgrade in size in the near future. Thanks again to Tyler and the rest of y’all at USA Health and Wellness!! Class act!!!

Buying our Sauna through USA Health and Wellness was the best experience. I first found their website as I was trying to educate myself about the different sauna types and heaters. It was so nice to have all the information in one place. Garen reached out and offered his help in selecting what we ultimately ended up buying. Garen was great! He spoke to me at length regarding various Infared saunas. Have had the Heath Mate Renew sauna for about a month and so far the whole family uses and loves! Had an issue upon delivery with the remote and Garen sent out a new one right away!
