Every order I've made with USA kilts for in-stock items has been shipped next day. Recently, the Cavan County Tartan I received was exquisite. Fabulous service and great products!

What made my experience great was the communication with USAKilts staff and the family atmosphere of how things were handle.

I purchased an Argyll Kilt Package and made several changes. I upgraded to an eight yard premium top-stitched kilt. My family's tartan required a special price as it was only offered by one mill in Scotland. I wasn't concerned as I plan to own and wear this kilt for some time. I placed my order and everything arrived within a reasonable time frame. These kilts aren't off the rack, they're custom made to order and custom takes time. From the time I placed my order to the time I received everything was a few days over seven weeks. I'm sure if you order a standard tartan like Black Watch or Royal Stewart your kilt may be crafted sooner. Once I received my order I went through each piece one at a time. The kilt was exceptionally crafted. The stitching is impeccable and the quality of the wool is some of the best I've seen. The jacket and waistcoat, while too big, were finely made as well. The Endrick Ghillie Brogues are very comfortable and not too tight. The kilt belt leather feels nice and the buckle had no sharp edges and was also well made. The flashes are of good quality as well as the kilt hose, and other accessories. If you're considering a kilt package I would not hesitate to recommend USA Kilts to anyone. While comparing and shopping for a kilt package I saw other offerings but the pricing here, while not the least expensive, was not the most expensive. I can imagine at a lower price point you're likely to get lower quality. I will wear this to the many fundraisers I attend as well as the local pub and Highland Games. Thank you USA Kilts.

As to the jacket and waistcoat that were too large, I was able to get a replacement jacket and waistcoat immediately by ordering a new one. I sent the original one back after I received the replacements. I did it this way because I needed the replacement articles in less than a week. The replacements fit perfectly.

The tartan I requested was not initially available, communication was clear and consistent. This helped make me more comfortable. Secondly, I wanted the kilt pleated on a specific strip, meaning it was more customized. Finally, the fit is exceptional. Hallie tailored a splendid product.

I bought from USA Kilts over the years. Everything is reasonably priced, exceptional quality, and delivered quickly.

A remarkably made box-pleat kilt. Fabric is solid, but lightweight for wool. USA Kilts makes top quality items, and the service is unbeatable.

I ordered the 8-yard Premier Wool Kilt in the Scottish Peat tartan, and the whole experience with USA Kilts was excellent from start to finish.

When the kilt arrived, I noticed a note that it had been made in Scotland, which was a really cool detail—just something notable that added a little extra story to the garment. The craftsmanship is incredible. It fits perfectly, feels great to wear, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it.

After the fact, I also had them make matching tartan pockets that attach to my belt—those were made by USA Kilts and they look fantastic with the kilt. I made a video for my sister so she could get me a gift card. She chickened out and YouTube said it was copyright. Sorry about that! So I have recently deleted the video!
So she sent me the money and I put it on the gift card.
My hopes and wishes of being able to get myself a kilt before the September Irish Scottish festival in Estes Park Colorado will have to wait until next year.

I purchased a wool tartan sash and clan crest ladie's brooch in her clan tartan & crest. Both were excellent workmanship & quality and looked great.

I have made multiple purchase and each and every time to order was correct and timely. I have called to get advice on how to order my kilt and the kind soul was patient and helped me order correctly. I love this company and am planning my next kilt once my weight stabilizes

Paid for two day shipping on an item, nearly two months later item has still not arrived. USA Kilts tried to blame the postal service but won’t own up to their shipping mistake which they charged me $25 for. They have failed to re-send item and failed to refund money. They have failed to respond to multiple requests to resolve the matter. They have failed to live up to the customer service guarantee.

These folks are the best. Firstly they were so helpful in matching the tartan of my youngest son's kilt to his older brother's. Then after I ordered it, they triple checked the measurements that he gave me, telling me that based on his height, he probably mis-measured himself. They were right! His kilt matched and fit wonderfully and Bonnie Prince Charlie jacket & vest were gorgeous. It was delivered on time as promised. A few months later I ordered my husband his own sporran for his birthday so he wouldn't have to borrow his friend's anymore. I asked for expedited delivery, explained when his birthday was (and that I was the slug!) and again they came through for me. Do not hesitate to do business with this company; they go above and beyond.

I ordered their cotton kilt hose as I have a skin sensitivity to woolen hose. These hose are affordable yet stylish enough that I can wear without blushing.

I made a special trip to see the store in person and order my kilt. The atmosphere of the store was very inviting and the staff were very welcoming as well. I am over the moon excited with the quality and comfort of my new kilt (Thank you Halie!). I am already saving / planning on what kilt I will get next (don’t let my fiancé know lol).

USA Kilts delivered ny customer made kilt as promised. Of the three Wool kilts that I currently own this one by far is the highest quality. you can see the difference just by looking secondly by touching and then when I put it on it fit perfectly. the staff is always nice and helpful in person and on the phone. I highly recommend USA Kilts for any of your kilt needs

The claret kilt hose are high quality as well as gorgeous. They go perfectly with my American Dream kilt.
