USA Lab has been supplying our labs for the past 3 years. We are using their Rotovaps, Reactors and Chillers.
We love working with Dale, Michael, Sawyer and Elliot and the rest of the team. We always get excellent and rapid service whether we are ordering new products, replacements parts or need help servicing our equipment.
Recently we hired their lab consultant to review and optimize our operation. Dale had deep knowledge of everything from Lab Design, Chemistry, Custom equipment, and maintenance of our equipment. His expertise solved some of our critical production issues and allowed us to optimize our production flow. Dale was also able to train our staff on how to set up and maintain our current equipment.

Package arrived and was leaking. I contacted the company and they were great and apologized for the packaging. And have sent me another bottle of what I originally ordered. I gave 5 stars for the company taking ownership of the problem and making it right. Thank you…

Excellent customer service

The bottom of the can is severely damaged. If it at any point leaks, I will be calling for a refund.
