They are an amazing Team. However, it comes with a price… the penalty for ending the contract before due time is $500!! The work at the camp is $2000 for two months, it seems reasonable at first until you realise that you work for 16 hours every day for $3 an hour. How are you going to enjoy going to places with $2000? Everything comes with taxes and yet is expensive in America!!. I spent nearly $3000 for the application process and paperwork and travelling expenses only to be presented with $2000 and have “fun” It sounds like a refund to me.

Anyway, The job is not really “fun” as it is highly demanding and requires a lot of patience before going to the camp, during the camp and even after the camp. If you have a lot of money and patience with children then okay do you otherwise know it is HIGHLY demanding job!. Your life is pretty much a parent, a teacher and a caretaker for the next two months. Good luck!

Kept all of my money (over €450) after my placement was cancelled due to Covid-19. If you’re considering a J1 I would highly recommend going with a more trusted provider!

Pulled visas at the last second, but couldn't get a straight answer as to why from them, different reasons depending who you spoke to. Apparently, they have a contract for the number of visa forms they are allowed issue, but then again apparently not, depends who you speak to, total scam, ridiculous. A group of us had everything paid, and met every deadline for forms to be submitted but had visas cut as they said it goes off who submitted forms first, no mention of this before. Sounds like they oversell themselves on the presumption they will get more forms but they didn't, while they let you make plans on their "presumption". Got a full refund, however, vaccines were got, and embassy appointments were booked , based on their instructions, and no refund was provided for this. AVOID

Very well structured and provides plenty of helpful tips and information to complete your pre-camp information. Provide a good portion of time to complete these tasks and quickly forward your information to receive an early placement.

USA Summer Camp have been so helpful throughout the whole process of getting out to America. They have been so good at communicating with me from when I started my process to now. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get out to America this summer.

All of the staff are so friendly and work super hard to make sure everything you need help with is dealt with in a timely manner.

Really helpful staff. This is a brand new experience for me as I’ve never travelled to the US before and never had to apply for a visa, etc. The team helped with every step and set out clear instructions to follow. They replied promptly to emails and were very helpful on phone calls. Would highly recommend.

USA summer camp was so helpful in helping me complete my application and answering all my questions. In the beginning, we would call every week to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions, which was so helpful, and they really motivated me to continue with this exciting journey. This is my first year being a camp counselor and I can't wait for summer.

USA Summer Camp provide a brilliant service, since I signed up to the program they have always answered all my questions in a quick and friendly manner and broke down the process to make everything as easy as possible, they really listen to you and are committed to giving you a brilliant summer in America. cant wait for summer 2023!

Absolutely dreadful experience with both the agency and camp I forcibly got placed at - do not recommend to anyone unless you like having your wishes ignored and time wasted.

Great before going to camp and quite helpful with any questions, but become very hostile and rude afterwards. Not willing to help and don’t outline the extra charges after camp.
