Nice car. It tok some time to get it signed out. Delivery was efficient. Low fuel when I got it was less convenient.
Though the hire car company said I still needed insurance for full cover. Though now realize this was not the case. Plus a 1 minute drive in and then out of Exeter Airport car park cost me £30. So bew... もっと見る

U-Save operates a car hire desk serving Manchester Airport (MAN), with an office based at 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG. This branch is the point of contact for bookings made for Manchester Airport. On arrival, call the branch to arrange shuttle pickup, selecting option 1 and waiting for the information to play before you are connected to the driver. Pickup points depend on your terminal: wait at Bus Stop E if you land in Terminal 1, Bus Stop H for Terminal 2, or Bus Stop C for Terminal 3. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Bogus Damage Claims
I rented a Kia SUV from U-Save at Manchester (UK) Airport in May 2026.
Ten days after I had returned the car, I received an invoice from U-Save blaming me for damage that existed at the time that I picked up the car. They deducted GBP 1,435 from my credit card.
I corresponded with them over their claim and presented photographic evidence that the damage existed when I picked up the car.
They refused to budge so I complained to my bank over misuse of my credit card. Again, they refused to refund my funds. I understand from my bank that an investigation is ongoing.
I was clearly the victim of a scam.
Research has shown me that this is a common practice of U-Save and I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company. They pull you in with cheap hire rates but make their money from bogus damage claims.

Vehicle was good, however, got fleeced for damages that were not done by me.

El vehículo era nuevo y todo funcionaba perfectamente. El proceso de entrega fue muy ágil, aunque el de recogida podría haberlo sido un poco más.
El vehículo fue inicialmente entregado muy sucio. Se hubiera agradecido limpieza.
No obstante lo anterior, todo ha ido muy bien.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with U-Save Manchester Airport. I have been charged £136 in administration fees (£68 per notice) simply for processing two fine notices. One of the parking fines was subsequently cancelled by the issuer, but U-Save have still debited my credit card with a 68GPB admin charge. These charges seem excessive and disproportionate for what appears to be little more than forwarding notices by email as the customer is responsible for discharging them themselves. This has left me feeling unfairly treated and significantly damaged my confidence in the company.
