U-Save operates a car rental desk at Oujda Airport (OUD), serving Oujda and the surrounding area in Morocco. On arrival, a representative will be waiting outside the terminal exit holding a signboard. A shuttle bus then takes customers from there to the rental office to collect their car. If you need assistance locating the pick-up point, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–23:00, including public holidays.

Une catastrophe

Le responsable m'a livré le véhicule sans carburant (réservoir au rouge). Je n'ai pas pu atteindre la 1ère station pour remettre du gasoil. Je suis donc tombé en panne à la sortie du l’aéroport. il fessait nuit, dans la nature et en couple. sans téléphone car je n'ai pas encore activé la carte sim locale. Je vous laisse imaginer la suite.

Vous ne comprenez rien.
C'est une panne sèche. C'est votre agent qui m'a dépanné avec un bidon de 5 l de gasoil.

Nous comprenons à quel point la panne de carburant juste après votre départ de l'aéroport d'Oujda, de nuit, a dû être inquiétante. Vous indiquez que le véhicule vous a été remis avec la jauge dans le rouge. Nous ne pouvons pas vérifier le niveau enregistré à la remise depuis cet avis. la facilité de location, le choix des voitures et surtout les tarifs concurrentiels. l’amabilité des employés de l agence pour récupérer la voiture.

Price was good but after i went back to America extra money was deducted with no communication up front
