Last month, my son booked a car, and when he landed at Rome Ciampino Airport, he was told that they had run out of cars! This is unacceptable! You shouldn't be working with partners like this!

U-Save car rental serves Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA) from its base at Via di Fioranello 157, Rome, providing vehicles to travellers arriving at the airport. After landing, exit the Arrivals area and make your way to Viale R. Ferrario, within the airport area. Call the branch to request the U-Save shuttle, the number is in the branch details on this page, and a vehicle will meet you there to take you to collect your reserved car. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–18:00, including public holidays.
