U-Save operates a car rental desk serving Vienna International Airport (VIE), with its office located at Am Strabfeld 1 in Fischamend, Austria. After landing, call the shuttle line so a vehicle can be dispatched to collect you. Exit the Arrivals hall, turn left and follow the walking path toward the parking garage, then wait under the covered tent or canopy connecting the terminal to the garage, without entering the garage itself. Look for the branded U-Save shuttle bus, which will take you directly to the office to collect your car. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–23:00, including public holidays.

Service und Abwicklung freundlich, Kaution sehr hoch, bulgarisches Mietauto überraschend
Das Service und die Abwicklung war eigentlich sehr unkompliziert und der Kollege vor Ort freundlich, nur fand ich die Kaution für ein kleines Auto sehr hoch, und die Tatsache, dass ich in Österreich einen Mietwagen mit bulgarischem Kennzeichen bekommen habe, fand ich auch ein wenig befremdlich. Das Abholen vom Flughafen erfolgte erst nach Anruf, das war mir auch nicht bewusst (dachte, da kommt automatisch ein Shuttle zum Mietbüro),

A fuir. Cette société de location loue des véhicules avec des pneus lisses (le peu de véhicules présents sur le parc était concerné). Un des pneus a éclaté. Nous avons demandé un changement de véhicule mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.
De plus, nous devions avoir des navettes entre l'aéroport et l'agence de location mais c'est du pur mensonge. Nous avons dû prendre des taxis à notre charge. L'agence de location affiche des horaires d'ouverture farfelus et non respectés. Nous n'avions pas eu la curiosité de vérifier les avis des autres clients. A tort ! Cela servira d'expérience à l'avenir.
