Overall, I had a great experience with US Car Ship & Trucking. Specifically, Mike Smith provided exceptional service. He was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, which made me feel at ease about the safety and security of my motorcycles. The motorcycles were delivered on time and were in great shape when they arrived. I felt completely confident and satisfied with the service provided. Overall, I highly recommend US Car Ship & Trucking for their reliable transport services.

Great team. I've shipped with this Company more than once. Mark is very professional when it comes to handling your request till your vehicle is delivered. I will use this Company again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great Company to ship your vehicle

Michael Smith was amazing! This was the first time we ever had to ship a car that we purchased so I was super nervous....especially once I started looking into the industry!! Michael helped me so much! The price was great. The car arrived very quickly for having to be transported 1200 miles. If I ever have to ship a car again Michael is who I will use.

SCAMMERS, Michael is a scammer and this company is fraudulent and deceive customers, was told shipping would be 470, made the 75 dollar deposit and was then called a week later after asking for an update on pick up, Michael then said it was gonna be 950 to ship, I went off, that was not the agreement a 500 dollar hike in price, I told them I wanted to cancel because they broke the contract, then they decided to tell me there is no refund on the deposit since I wanted to cancel, this company is a scam, BEWARE, if you read there reviews there horrible and should be shutdown, I now don't trust any transport company due to this is the second time being lied to.

I would never recommend US Carship and Trucking to anyone. They failed to fulfill the contract, my car was not picked up or shipped, even though they promised to get it to me today. If they had been honest from the start we could have given them a full week to find a driver. They were not upfront about needing this much time, and we were well aware that the dates were an estimate. It's been days and I'm having to hold their hands to get some help, they claim my car is in a "dry area" and there aren't any trucks to pick my car up... except one if I pay more money. Worst car shipping experience, and I've shipped my cars before.

DO NOT USE! US Car Ship & Eric Williams are a scam. They took my deposit and never picked up my car. Eric Williams pretended he was contacting a dispatcher and then stopped responding. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and a complete scam. DO NOT USE!

Simon is the best, he gave me confidence, agility, fair prices, always warning me about some liars, attention during transport and after delivery of the car were surreal, I highly recommend it, Thks Simon and Thks US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING… 🫡🏆

Great service & reasonable prices. James assisted me with the whole process. There was some small hiccups here and there but James was able to assist. He was very patient and helpful with this process. This is our 2nd car being shipped with US CarShip! Will definitely recommend this company!

any reviews that are over 1 star and say that they are amazing and they did a great job and they responded its a fraud its them and fraud accounts. I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK OR MY CAR DELIVERED, THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO PAY THE 100.00 CANCELLATION FEE(NOT A CHANCE IN HELL) I TOLD THEM THEY WERE IN BREECH OF THE CONTRACT THEY SAID NO THEY HAVE A DRIVER BUT I HAVE TO PAY 790.00 WHICH IS MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PRICE THEN CALLED MY HUSBAND AND TOLD HIM I WAS BEING STUBBORN AND HE NEEDED TO TALK TO ME OR LEGAL WAS GOING TO GET INVOLVED AND FOR ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEWS AND STOP MY DISPUTE WITH VENMO ITS HURING THEIR BUSINESS. SO YOU CANT SCAM ANONE ELSE? YEAH YALL ARE DONE

this compant tried to ship my vehicle one week and they did not do it the worsest reucking company

Ok, So Mark Adams which was obviously from a 3rd party was the broker. He (3 different people) tells you the transport will be one price. In my example was $470. Everytime they called it was always $600 due to not having a full load. They called saying they will pickup less than an hour before the motorcycle shop is closing in Michigan on a Friday. I am in P.A. visiting my grandchildren when they called mind you. Told me it would be delivered Monday between 2pm and 4pm. To my home in N.C. They called me Saturday morning telling me it will be delivered in less than 2 hours. I am still in P.A. mind you. Told me I have to sign off that everything is okay when it is delivered. Knowing I am not home and hounding me for the difference for $600. I had to scramble and find someone to be there for the delivery and pay in full. The Haulers straps loosen and my bike had some slight damage. Less than $ 400 but they told me well you signed off because I had a neighbor show up for the delivery. Really bad business when the don't listen to the customer. They only care about delivery and never once listen to my situation or needs. I recommend finding someone that isn't a brokerage from India. Gave 2 stars because I got the bike with less than $400 damage and the stress trying to get it delivered on their timeframe. My bike also looked clean leaving the dealership but looked like it came from the fallout from 9/11 when we received it.

Bad business, promise a rate and timing for pickup and then take the rate up significantly higher when it's time to ship. Also promises enclosed but sends an open trailer. Do not use them for anything!
