Still dealing with us car ship and trucking lies. Was told they called the insurance company to help me with the damage on my bike. After emails with the so called insurance company. They had no clue of any contact and did even have a contact number. Stay away from this company. If you have them do anything and you have damage they will lie about everything

Us car ship and truck has replied to a review from me. They called me a blackmailer and I’m trying to blackmail them for money That in itself is defamation or character and slander which I’ll seek other avenues on that . Plus trustpilot is censoring me. So here are facts from there response
1) bike is worth 6000.00

I still have not received my $50 deposit back. Hector is a conman. He tells me if I take down my bad review he will return my money. I told him when he returns my money I will take down my review. Still hasn't happened. I wound up going with another company who was both reliable and truthful. Much unlike Hector. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company!

Great experience! Shipping cost was reasonable and David worked very hard to find a transporter within my budget. My only suggestion would be to have better communication on the ETA of the car. Highly recommended!

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a complete scam. They offered to ship my car to my son who is in college 300 miles away for $170. I stated that was a really good rate and the rep Eric Evans agreed. He told me the car would be picked up the same day later in the afternoon, I just had to pay the $70 deposit and then $100 upon delivery. I said great! This guy lied over and over first he said he had 4 drivers standing by but once I paid he said they were looking for a driver and the pickup would be by the next day. The next day he told me I had 3 options I could wait for my original truck that was being repaired ( first time I’m hearing that the truck was broke down). I could use an elite driver for “ not an elite price” ( at there expense due to the mixup of pick up times) Or I could wait for another driver who was traveling my route. I said cool let’s do the elite driver. Eric danced around the fact that if I went with this driver I would have to pay out of pocket and they would refund me after the drop off. I was finding this very hard to believe since up until this point everything he had told me was a lie. I asked him flat out did you misrepresent the price at a lower amount to get me to sign the contract? He in fact admitted that “every company uses this bait and switch tactic”. ( I have the text messages as proof) I was floored and couldn’t believe he admitted to scamming me. He then proceeds to tell me that no driver will pick up my vehicle for that price so I asked him why did he quote me that price then. He ignored my question all together. I reported this company to the DOT and have been fighting to get my deposit back. They never sent anyone to pick up the car.. smh

First red flag should have been that they do not take credit cards for payment, only Zelle or cash app. They claimed they would ship my loaded car from Tennessee to Hawaii for a thousand dollars less than other competitors and that I could load the car with up to 100 pounds and they'd ship from Florida. I learned there are only two third party carriers to Hawaii and they both ship from the west coast. And no maritime shippers allow a car to be loaded. One redditor said they unloaded his car at the port and he had to pay to ship his items separately. Not wanting to risk having issues before needing to be on a plane the next day, I asked for a return of my deposit and to cancel so I could go with a more trustworthy company. Tim David was very responsive to get my order, but has been stringing me along to refund my money. First saying 7-10 days, now "be patient, it takes time." It's been 3 weeks. I don't appreciate having my time wasted like this in the middle of a major move OR having my money stolen. I have a million texts of him lying and stringing me along and wasting my time promising to refund my money, saying it has been sent, then asking me to remove the reviews and they will refund. Total liars. Please contact the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (hotline number is 888-1368-7238) and file a complaint to shut these scammers down. They informed me that this company does not have an active DOT number as they should, which is why it is not posted on their website like it's supposed to be. Beware of movers and shippers out of New Jersey...my second bad experience with them. I guarantee any good reviews here are fake. I wish I could post screenshots of them lying to me here but I put them on yelp. Please do your part to shut these liars and scammers down.

Never even picked up the car. Took my deposit and gave me a constant changing story for 3 weeks plus.
Had to cancel my order and then he bid the carriers up to a ridiculous number to keep me from booking with another broker.

John Williams took great care of me and had a very timely delivery. He works very hard to find the quickest and best rate for me to move around my cargo vans.

8/1 Update: It's been another 4 days and although Zach tried to find a driver they still couldn't for the original promised price which was too low for any driver to accept. They want me to remove this review to get my deposit back. This is directly from our text conversation with Zach:

"Andres request has been made to the accounts for your refund kindly adjust the review i will ask my account that review has been removed so processed the refund."

"Remove the review I'll release the funds."

So they are basically withholding my deposit because of the honest review I left. Which is illegal. This company is a complete joke. I will be filing a report with NJ Attorney General and Dept. of Consumer Affairs for fraud and deceptive practices. As well as DOT's Office of Inspector General to investigate this company further.

Most of the positive reviews here have to be fake. Go look at their reviews on Yelp to see what I mean.

Zach tried to threaten me with disclosing my location by using the IP address they received when i signed their shipping agreement after I would not remove my review and threatened to sue me for Defamation. Luckily my IP address not my physical location.

Im the type of person that gives people the benefit of the doubt. If you are too, I’ll save you some time and just go work with someone else.

I of coursed was offered a nice and low transporting cost of $270 from Copart, $70 deposit and $200 for the driver. I found to be low but I asked Zach, the rep working with me, to confirm that pricing would not change and pointed out the negative reviews. He said he promised and gave me his word (red flag). I specifically pointed out what if the driver demands a higher payment at time of delivery and zach said “That's all inclusive don't need to pay any other pay any other fee.”

I proceeded and paid a deposit Tuesday 7/23 and Zach ensured he would have a driver to pick up my vehicle by Thursday 7/25 at the latest. On Wednesday 7/24 I asked for confirmation that everything was set for 7/25 and Zach said that Copart did not have any available pick up dates until Friday 7/26 and set an 3:30pm pick up time. He confirmed now pick up was Friday and delivery on Saturday. I asked for confirmation of this appt with Copart and Zach sent a screenshot of an appt set for Monday 7/29 at 4pm instead of Friday at 3:30pm. He explained that Copart rejected the pick up request and moved it to Monday 7/29 at 4pm. Sunday 7/28 I ask for confirmation appt is still set for the following day.

On Monday, day of pick up, zach replies the appt is confirmed for 4pm. 4pm arrives and I ask for status update on pick up. Zach replies “Just talked to the driver, He said that I was there at 4 pm But unfortunately, they didn't allow them to pick up the vehicle. Now they are staying near the Copart and they will pick it up tomorrow.” I asked why this was not allowed to be picked up and he called me to explain that the driver said it would take up two slots on his transporter so they did not have a driver that would do it for $270. So it wasn’t that Copart had rejected the pick up attempt, its that there wasn’t a driver there to pick it up because they didn’t accept the job, basically lying about the having a driver there waiting. He said he found a different driver that would pick up tomorrow but I would have to pay $570 to that driver at time of delivery on top of the $70 deposit I had already made. Keep in mind Copart has been charging storage fees for late pick up since 7/25.

So I had to pay $100 in storage fees, plus an additional $570. They offered to cover $70 of the $570 fee so really I would have paid 100 + 70 + 500 AND waited an extra week.

I told zach that it was unacceptable and that he had promised there would be no additional fees. He said he could not control what the driver would charge for delivery. He said he would try to find another driver that would be cheaper and would call me back.

He did not call me back and their office closed. So now I have to pay an additional day of storage, probably two more and the issue is still not resolved. I will now have to find a company that will actually do what they said they would do and quickly. It wouldn't have been a problem if they set the right expectations from the beginning ie. higher cost and timelines but they essentially lied to win my business.

This company is a non professionals and keep making discount for nothing>They make discount for a customer to get his car today not tomorrow then the car actually was ready for today with no problem.Keep saying like cutomer was not ready an so on.Do not use this company to transport your vehicles.
