Horrendous company to deal with. Signed up to a promo offer in August but immediately cancelled when I read the reviews. Was refunded the money straight away. Was then charged full price for an October delivery of £66 which I never asked for and when questioned got told my subscription was still active. Customer service was appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

Good product however bad customer service. Keep focusing on D2B and you'll lose your core consumers

I tried the sleep powder but didn't work. It was on a subscription and the give 60 mins warning to cancel the subscription before the order is placed... At 5am in the morning. No reminder in the lead up to it.
Not a company to be trusted. The product didn't work either.
