Legitimate Focus Group Work.
I have no real complaints about the work I've done for User Interviews, as a middle man between myself and research teams they are appropriately useful. It is easy to remove potential jobs that are not applicable to your page, the pay is determined by the client not the site so they don't come across as taking more than their fair cut, and they have not enshittified themselves with needless LLM-slop.

As of early August 2025, I would recommend them over other sites that offer the same services.

Straight forward directions were given. The interview went as expected and giftcard was received immediately. I enjoy participating in the interviews.

It was easy and actually fun. I recommend this for others to experience.

I found User Interviews through a Facebook ad in late April and signed up not sure if it would really be worth it. I qualified for a study almost immediately and have qualified for at least one study every couple of week since then. The researchers are great about communicating through the portal and my payments have always been received within a couple days of the study being completed. I wish there were more studies that allowed the payment could be made via PayPal or bank transfer but most offer a great variety of gift card options.

Has gone completely downhill. Took a survey for Senseye on July 19, 2025 — days before the deadline — that was supposed to take an hour and ended up being well over that. I noticed that my profile status had not changed and sent a message to the researcher to inquire when it would reflect as completed to ensure payment. The researcher claimed it would be looked over within the 10-business-day timeframe.

I come to check my profile today and see that the study was marked as a no-show, yet I clearly received on-screen confirmation in the app that the study was being taken in at 7:04 AM on July 19. I sent an email to inquire, and User Interviews is claiming:

"The researcher has marked your session as incomplete for this study. This may be due to a no-show or not fully completing the required tasks. In some cases, participants may not pass the user compliance check if there is excessive head movement, insufficient lighting, lack of attention during the tasks, or fatigue / eye irritation leading to repeated blinking or drowsiness, as this can interfere with data collection. Specifically, there were issues with obstruction and instability.
As a result, no incentive has been issued for this session. If you believe this designation was made in error, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (email omitted) for further review."
How can a session be incomplete if a confirmation of completion was given in the app? Complete scam artists.

Steps are quite simple

I think it’s great that when I’m running low on funds and I can take a survey to earn extra money.

The time to apply/be accepted/complete the review process is overall quick and friction-free as well as being fairly valued to the incentive.

They pay you right away. They match your selection and criteria with your exact preference. The firm does a good job connecting the right experiences withe the right people and gives great exposure. Overall great firm!

User Interviews is one of my favorite market research-type platforms to work for despite the fact that it pays out in virtual visa gift cards rather than PayPal, which I would obviously prefer. As a small business owner, I get accepted to a decent number of studies which pay well (I add the e-visas to my Google Pay account and am able to use the money in brick-and-mortar stores as well as online and in-app for restaurant purchases, etc.) and typically the payments process super fast, some even same-day or a day or so after the study closes. Studies can pay e-gift cards of anywhere from $5-$800+.

I highly recommend User Interviews to anyone interested in sharing their opinions with brands they know (I have had several interviews with reps from some of my all-time favorite brands, which makes it an incredible experience knowing I am potentially making a difference in these companies and their products/services). Get paid to talk to cool people and make a difference that matters...and get paid for it?!?

What could possibly be better than that?? Well, maybe getting paid in cash i.e. PayPal....but I'm still very happy with UI regardless!

Interesting questions and easy to navigate. i felt they really wanted my honest opinion on the topics. Hope to do more in the future.

User is a unique and professional company that has an easy to use platform

The interviewer was easy to talk to and was very engaged. It was a very comfortable meeting and one I enjoyed being a part of.

I enjoy the variety of topics and methods of studies keep things engaging and fun to apply for. The staff is always helpful in guiding you in the right direction. And the incentives are higher than other research platforms!

I have participated in a couple of User Interviews, and they have been professional and easy to work with. They also pay well and on time. I hope to continue to be chosen for additional interviews.

This is a really great site to earn money. Most of the surveys are related to my job and my lifestyle

Having a easy to do interview helped put money in my pocket.
