I was recently screened for a test at


I was recently screened for a test at Uselytics that would have to involve a child between 9-14 years old. I asked my daughter (13) if she was up for it. She was. We passed the screen and then she took the test. Around 12 minutes. The next day, I got the text rejected because (and I quote): "There is no child taking this test".
I complained and this is the answer I got: "Please know that multiple team members, including the client, have reviewed the session, and the decision was based on the voice and tone of the participant, which indicated an older user."
Apparently my kid was so much for this usually brain-rot Americans.
Userlytics is not a reliable source, it wastes your time and prefers not to pay you.
Do not reccomend.

I've been using Userlytics as a client


I've been using Userlytics as a client for almost two years now, and I believe it is a tool that still has a lot of room for improvement. In regular, non-specialized recruitment, I encounter profiles that are not truthful and do not meet the exact criteria we are looking for. The type of audience they have is very basic and not very useful when seeking profiles that are more specialized in various industries.

Specialized recruitment yields better results. Overall, my experience has been better, but in the last recruitment effort, there was a noticeable lack of profiles. Despite notifying them 2 to 3 weeks in advance, they couldn't complete the sample size on the established timeline, and I also encountered fraudulent profiles. This feedback relates to the limitations of the tool itself and not to the work of the specialized recruitment team. I believe there is a lack of profile offerings in this service.

I've experienced numerous recurring technical problems with the tool. It only improved when I started using the Zoom extension. The people, both in operations and in general, are very friendly, but it is clear they are overwhelmed by the limitations in recruitment and the technical issues of the tool.

Honestly, I can only recommend this tool for user testing where there isn't a high level of specification needed for the type of participants. Otherwise, I would not recommend it at all.

Hi, I subscribed to many of this stuff, but userlytics Is the best for now. The job openings are not so many, but the surveys are really short and quite simple to carry out. The customer service Is helpful and really quick, responsive.

I’m not going to lie

I’m not going to lie, Userlytics has made me feel appreciated and valued. The staff listened to my concerns about not being paid for a session, reviewed it and made sure I was compensated for the time and effort I put in. Overall, I’m happy with this company. However, the number of available jobs is often low, and it can be difficult to get in touch with customer service.

Bad bad bad. Didnt give money for the review. No proper instructions. I finished the review early, they didn't give money, said that you cannot finish before time ( no proper instructions of that prior to review). They are scam.
