Such a wonderful experience try to test an application. Friendly moderator as well.

My moderator was great, she gave time to think my answers, didn't rush me and I think that is really important to help me give feedback. On the other hand, I would have liked to know a little bit more about what the test was expecting from me, so that I could articulate my answers more effectively. But overall, good experiente, looking forward to help other companies.

They are great at reminding you that you are a valued member of the testing community and they are generous when resolving failed tests and the time spent on failed tests.

Customer service is billiant. I reached out to Daniel and his responses were so clear and friendly and guided me with everything I needed to successfully complete the study, even though I had some initial difficulties (on my end, not theirs). Test was easy to follow with very good instructions.

Daniel was very helpful and considerate. The Userlytics team makes testing a more human experience.

I've been a tester for Userlytics for a few years now. They always pay on time and have great customer service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Userlytics is a good, legitimate way to earn side cash testing the usability of websites and apps. While I've had technical issues with their mobile app, their technical support is helpful and responsive.

Good experience, interesting test. Very fast response from customer service, on some questions I had. I recommend this site, as a good way to make some extra money

This platform offers a wide variety of tests and a good side income. Their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience!

(Edited to add: I am now editing my original review but keeping the original content above. I am changing my rating from five stars to one because the platform is plagued with technical issues that the company refuses to fix. Their browser extension is borderline unusable and often times freezes completely if it even properly beings a test at all. Far too many times I have started a test only to have the extension freeze and I am then unable to do the test because it will not let you refresh the page or restart it. In the beginning, when I alerted support of these issues, they often compensated me fairly for my time, but these days, they just gaslight and refuse to credit. I'm about to just give up on the platform altogether!)

(Updated again to reiterate that the issue is still persisting. The extension has only become more poorly optimized which causes poor performance and freezing while trying to complete tests. Then when you submit your tests, support either give you a bad rating or completely rejects your test due to "poor quality" despite the fact that it is due to their incompetent team being unable to fix their trash browser extension."

The game itself has a great concept but the rounds are too long. I found my thumbs hurting after the second round. It has the potential to be the next addictive game.

It was great experiance while working with the different studies/applications. Pay is little bit less but i love to work so it was great work to do and luckily i got the chance to test this new product and in future i want to be the part of this type of testing/studies. I am so much interested in working more in future. I have alot of devices,specifications, to use for the testing. Specially i am master in manual testing.
