We were sued for ADA compliance after having this service in place for a couple of years. We were not protected, indemnified or reimbursed for the expenses of using this service after we lost the lawsuit. Do not be fooled by fake promises and do your homework to find the responsible ADA providers.

Unfortunately, we encountered many technical problems and account management challenges. Overall, a lack of transparency and understanding that the recently acquired company could address.

Great User Support, Highly Recommended

Our municipality installed the widget on our public website, but needed help relocating it once installed. I opened a chat with Rodrigo at Userway asking for help. Within 5 minutes, he had given us a new icon and relocated it on the site so that it's accessible, yet not interfering with functionality. Great support!
