I order at least twice a month different goodies and they impress every time! If my regular baker isnât available the customer support does a great job connecting me with one that can handle my orders. Super happy with this service

I had recently ordered for my family friends engagement from Rosalie! She had done an excellent job with my custom cookie order matching my reference image and inspo. The cookies arrived promptly a day before our event conveniently wrapped in cellophane individual bags to pass out to guests.

Very Poor Customer Service
The bakers this company partners with are superb. They are third party platform bringing together bakers and customers. Great idea, but they fail to deliver. The communication from the platform is awful. I scheduled delivery on an order one month in advance for August 29th and my cookies were not delivered until September 1. They also attempted to charge me on another order I cancelled. Myself and the baker had to repeatedly contact them to cancel and to request a refund. Very poor customer service and delivery was a nightmare. I would not use them EVER again. Do better. It would make more sense to have your local bakery ship your items.

Our support team works to provide recommendations and assistance throughout the ordering process. In this case, it appears that two orders may have been placed unintentionally. Once the duplicate order was brought to our attention, we canceled it and issued the refund.
Regarding the delayed delivery, Sweet Tooth partners with independent small bakers and bakeries who do their best to prepare and ship orders so they arrive by the requested date. Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of USPS or another shipping carrier, unexpected transit delays can occasionally occur that are outside of both the bakerâs and our direct control.
We understand how disappointing it is when an order intended for a specific date arrives late, especially when it was placed well in advance. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our baking partners and support team to improve communication and the delivery experience for our customers.
