I had been approached by USHUD many times over the last twenty years that I have been in business. I was most recently contacted by Ms. Lindsey Dillon. Lindsey had a slow and relaxed personality that presented as she wasn't trying to sell me anything, more like she genuinely wanted to help my business.
I am quite impressed by the way they will be providing me with both Buyer and Seller leads. I will also appreciate the Free Website they set up.
I highly recommend listening to a USHUD Presentation. It might make sense for your business.

I signed up to be an exclusive agent…
I signed up to be an exclusive agent for referrals for my area. I was held to a three month contract. They promised at minimum one to three referrals a month. With that promise, I was happy to sign up with them. Needless to say, I never received a referral from them. All they did was take my money. Don't buy referrals!
In response to the response: I never had any follow up from the US Hud team to see how my experience was. Once the deal was done, I was on my own. I do not feel it is my obligation to contact you for your lack of follow though.

The perception of deception
Notice how 98% of the 5-star reviews are about the sales conversation at onboarding instead of the actual service of the onboarding salespeople with the company with no mention of the quality of the actual product. Then notice how 100% of the 1-star leads are all about the quality of the actual product from very upset customers complaining about being scams and fraud.
I was contemplating investing in 3 months with this company. I am SO glad I took the time to read the reviews first because I just don't do business with companies that lack ethical code of business.
