I purchased two packets of Living Will
I purchased two packets of Living Will, regular Will, and POA from Working Advantage. Did my (Jean) three documents, but couldn't figure out how to get the 2nd set of documents, purchased for my husband. The support line said that I should have a second code for my order, which I found, but can't figure out where to put the code in so we can complete my husband (Roger) information. Otherwise, good.

Dealing with them was good
Dealing with them was good. I had questions and could not get assistance. They were to busy. I wanted to cancel and get refunded. As of April 14, I’m still having great difficulty getting my money back. I will NEVER purchase another Groupon. If you have an issue you are stuck.

It's so unfortunate that you gave us a one star review. You contacted us three times about the Groupon voucher complaining that you had a voucher for the service at Willing, and it wasn't working. We explained that this is a completely different company. We don't even offer our services on Groupon anymore (partly because of the hassle with redeeming voucher codes). We then answered three other questions about working through the service and distributing the assets. Your Wills do now look complete. It looks to me that your one-star should be directed at Groupon. You certainly haven't requested a refund from USLegalWills.com. but if you do have any other questions for us, please get in touch. I am very sorry that you left us a one-star review. Program is easy to use.
The program was easy to use and really made you think and consider what you want in your will. All around program with other considerations for power of attorney and end of life wishes.

After the purchase
After the purchase, it says to check and review with an attorney. Why would I need you then? I'd be paying twice for the same service. I have requested a refund. This way, I will have peace of mind by utilizing the services of an attorney.
