HI Janice, I am sorry to see this one-star review. It looks like you just deleted your account. This is not the same as asking for a refund. We never received a request for a refund from you. But I looked to process your refund, and we actually never received a payment from you originally. Nothing has ever been paid to us, so we cannot process a refund. Best wishes.

The site is user friendly
The site is user friendly, and easy to navigate.. I have been to other sites for the will and last testiment and they are just out of my price range, I had gotten the last will and testiment is a great value.. the questions they walk you through the steps easy to understand.
