Loconix heavy duty outdoor gate closer
I bought the excellent Loconix heavy duty gate closer for my front pedestrian gate. The door itself it very heavy, made of steel, with a wood facade…lock on it is electronic. I needed something that could automatically close, with an adjustable delay. This item did the trick. Very, very well-made and solid (the door is more than 100 pounds). Nothing else like it that I could find scouring industrial sites.

I noticed an extra charge for tax. I called them out and then they canceled my order without my consent. I would find another company to buy form not a good person to do biz with!

I am sorry to hear about your recent negative experience. I wanted to clarify that we do not handle sales tax calculations directly. This process is managed through a third-party software called Avalara, a well-established company that specializes in sales tax for many e-commerce businesses.
Regarding the cancellation of your order, we believed this was the most prudent step given your comment about being scammed. We certainly didn't want to proceed if you felt uncomfortable with the transaction.
