Regarding the timeline of your order: We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after purchase, which is clearly stated in our order confirmation email. Your first message reached us after this window had already closed, and by that time your package had been handed off to the carrier. I understand how frustrating that must have been. Even though the package was already on its way, we did not turn you away — we immediately offered to arrange a return and issue a full refund. That refund has since been completed in full.

Regarding the authenticity of our stamps: This is the part that hurts the most for me to read. We sell only genuine stamps, sourced from authorized channels with complete documentation and proof of purchase. Every single stamp we have ever sold is authentic. Thousands of customers across the United States use our stamps every day to mail letters, postcards, packages, and important documents — all of which are processed and delivered by the postal system without any issue. This is not something we take lightly. Our reputation is everything to us.

Regarding what you may have found online: The Reddit post that often appears in search results was based on a misunderstanding. That customer ordered stamps along with some accessories — stickers, envelopes, and wax kits. These accessories ship from a different location, which generated a separate tracking number. She mistakenly believed her stamps were also coming from that location. We explained the situation to her directly, and she understood the confusion. Unfortunately, Reddit does not allow users to delete posts — only lock comments — so the post remains visible and continues to cause concern for new customers. In our 4 years serving customers, we have never received a complaint about counterfeit products or postal inspector issues from any customer. All our products are sourced from authorized suppliers, and we maintain complete records of every transaction.
