After a glitch in opening an account a staff member intervened and asked us how we wanted to proceed - and then made personally sure we got what we asked for. She really owned the problem and fixed it... もっと見る

Making deposits
Apart from the fact that your website is incledibly slow to load on my computer, making transfers was easy. You do seem to have a problem with separating business and personal passwords so I have had to change my personal password twice after being warned it was temporary. I haven't used the business one recently so I hope it hasn't been similarly affected and expired.

Very efficient service
I recently had cause to transfer my matured cash ISA funds to another provider. The transfer went through very promptly. I will remain a customer, based on this experience, and could be tempted to re-invest if the interest rate on savings becomes more competitive.
