This company does not deserve 1 star
Brutal service or customer response. I ordered lipsticks on March 10th 2020. Still waiting for ANYTHING!!! Cannot track, number comes up unknown and company just sends generic automatic emails back saying ‘your order is on its way’. They do not provide an 800 number so you can follow up. I’ve already reported them to the Better Business Bureau
I’m so frustrated. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. Lesson learned and monies burned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
You pay, they send you whatever they want. Then dont respond when you reply showing what you ordered vs what they sent.

Support a more reputable company. This one is horrible.

Terrible!

I bought "long-lasting lipsticks" from them. The shades ended up being COMPLETELY off, and I feel cheated. By completely off, I mean that a light nude pink turned into a really dark Gothic-looking purply-pink.
A light nude brown turned into a really dark brown. It seems I've wasted my money.

But I'm really thinking that maybe my products were defective, because on their reviews, I saw a person wearing one of the colours I bought, and the lipstick in the photo of the person looked exactly like the website photo of the lipstick shade. Or maybe that was a fake review!

Regardless, Uvenux is indeed probably FAKE. I submitted a 2-star review on their lipstick, and it never got posted. I scrolled through every review and it turns out that they only post 3 star and up reviews. Shady!! I even emailed customer service, and nobody answered, even after a week.
For any returns, they want YOU to pay for shipping. As if it was your mistake, not theirs, for posting fake photos on their website.

I would avoid Uvenux. There are seriously better places to shop online.

bought 2 bras and it never arrive. requested a refund by email and im still waiting for thier confirmation.
