UPDATE ON EXPERIENCE: After several communications with Robert, I was issued a partial refund of $400 for the additional amount of $700 I was charged. While this still isn't a total refund it does represent an attempt to take care of the unfortunate situation. After an initial consultation with a representative of the company and a quote of $1000 to transport our Winnebago Chieftan from Ma to Mo, the quote was increased to $3000 with an additional $700 added a few days later. After many text messages and assurances that the job could be completed, I was notified it could not be done due to their miscommunication. A contract had been signed but no mention of a set cancellation fee was provided. I was refunded the initial $3000 plus fee for using a credit card, but the additional $700 plus fee was kept as a cancellation fee and costs for the driver who did nothing after several delays. This was a huge cluster**** and I was left at a loss of money for no job being completed. VERY UNHAPPY!! Buyer beware of this one!!

Recently used Uwon to have my Toyota Land Cruiser from FL to NJ. Decent reps.

From the very beginning, David Miller was so helpful and professional. David was able to schedule me for two days to pickup up my vehicle one day after Christmas and made sure that I got the best deal. My car was picked up in Dallas as scheduled and promptly delivered to NJ safely. The driver was very good and kept me informed. Although we experienced bad weather that weekend, the driver made it through safely and delivered my car without a scratch, and I will definitely recommend Uwon Carriers LLC to anyone shipping a vehicle. After much back and forth, I did secure a refund of my deposit that I paid to have my car shipped. This experience has left me very concerned as a consumer, not just with this company but with the broker process overall. Consumers just want a fair price for services provided.
