Amazing company to work with thank you for everything

As a driver, you don’t always get good dispatchers or brokers, but Uwon Carriers is different. Simon actually cares about making sure everything goes right for both the driver and the customer. No games, no fake promises. I enjoy working with them and I’ll always take their loads when they come through

Luis exceeded my expectations in every way. His timely responses and willingness to go above and beyond made the shipping process seamless. I appreciated his clear communication and how he coordinated the drop-off without any issues. It's refreshing to work with someone so dedicated to excellent customer service.

Easy to book a transport. They stuck to the dates we requested and were able to handle all of the special requirements to transport our non-operating vehicle. The communication was excellent from start to finish. We had no worries during the process. I will use them again to transport our vehicles across the country

The pick-up was later than I was told to expect. If you pay a premium for a specific day, just realize that the time window is an estimate. The deliver of my Toyota Camry was fast. No issues with the chassis of the truck or how it runs. I would use them and Daniel again!

Alex Brown of Uwon Carriers saved me from a stressful game of wait and see from another company's agent. With a limited time to get it done (shipping to San Diego my son's Subaru WRX STI), thanks God I made the right decision of choosing and trying Uwon. Alex is very professional, patient and not annoying. He is definitely an asset to the company and raising its bar of excellent customer service. The driver Luis Nunez was also very nice, polite and always giving updates along the way. Onetime delivery of my newly bought motorbike....First I was worried that it would take long which would affect my plans, but thanks to Alex who was always in touch with me when ever I called until I received my package...you guys are top notch in this industry. thanks once again...

My experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! Everyone at Uwon Carriers LLC stayed in contact with me all the way until my car safely arrived in Florida. It was transported from Maryland without any issues, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. I would definitely use them again the best transport experience I’ve ever had.
