Failure to deliver x2, apparentlyâdamaged in transitâ on both occasions, and I had to chase to find out. Now awaiting refund - watch this space.
Refund is now in my account so the company did respond promptly. However, I donât like their system of using the âShopâ app for tracking, and making the customer email them for a tracking number. All very clunky and time-consuming
