You will see from my previous review dated March 2025 I was having difficulties with this company UXBlab
I have paid them a further 600$ to try and help the situation, which they have now simply run off with and are ignoring my emails and phone calls.
I have now engaged solicitors based in India to peruse them for recovery.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED !

Although UXDLAB is registered in USA it is based and run from India, why are they hiding this?

I am still living in hope that the service provided during their sales pitch and early days of development of our App will return.
However, it is looking more and more unlikely, even though I have offered a payment solution.
We were offered 12 months guarantee of support and maintenance which they are now refusing to honour, without paying more money over, pitching us out in the cold and holding us to RANSOM.
Beware when choosing a supplier based a long way off, hidden amongst domains who have very little concern for international law!

I have now had 2 unsolicited emails by this company under the guise of Nha rai calling me both 'dave@flooringbypatterson' and 'lastchancerescue'. Same mistake, 2 different emails. I discovered eventually that they had gone to last chance rescue , got 404 meaning it was unavailable and did I want help with the error. No error, there was a name change, but how did they even find the name as it was deleted almost 18 months ago. What reputable company goes around approaching companies that no longer exist and how little work must they have.

This organisation appear to use spamming and unsolicited emails. I was contacted by Matthew Garcia with an outlook email address who then revealed he worked for this company along with emails from uxdlab.us

It is difficult to understand why a reputable web development company would act in such a way?

I have received confirmation they do do this but they are going to stop. Hopefully that will be the case
