The AI actually intentionally kept breaking my code to keep me paying more. Disgusting!!!

There pricing has been increased maybe 20-50 times then earlier which is really abnormal. The credit system is just a waste of money.

it was good originally but it's only a front-end design tool and since they started charging by tokens it value is just not there. You start to see the same design as well repeating itself if you use it enough. The pricing again is just out of control. They need a reality check!

There new pricing model just is a theft. 20$ a month and you only get to do 5-8 prompts. You will end up paying billions before you even get your home page done. They use to be good but are now the worst after there pricing update.

I renewed my subscription with Vercel less than 24 hours ago, and my account was suspended with the message: "your credits have been used." This is outrageous. I paid, I renewed – and they cut my service without warning.

Worse yet, I requested a simple upgrade from PRO ($20) to TEAM ($30). I asked to pay the $10 difference, but instead, they tried to charge the full $30 again, totaling $50 for something that should cost $30. That’s unacceptable and misleading billing.

Instead of helping, support replies with the same useless canned response over and over again, telling me to open a case on their site. I DID. No real support, no explanation, no refund.

Vercel took my money, didn't provide the service I paid for, then disabled my account – without refunding anything. That's fraud.

I demand an immediate refund for the suspended time and the incorrect charges. If not resolved, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank and escalate this to public complaint platforms.
