Initially my fault for getting the return date wrong by 1 day, wasn’t expecting to be charged 30% of the total charge just to add on an extra day on. Last time using these methinks.

Picked up my car at midnight in freezing temperature

Picked up my MG4 from Purple Parking Gatwick last night just before midnight. Upon arrival, I was advised I was early as the car had been booked until 2am. It was just above freezing outside and I was dreading another 2-hour wait before getting into a frozen vehicle, but PP were so efficient, I only waited 3 minutes before my car was delivered to the door of their facility. As it had been parked in a multi-story carpark I didn't need to clear any ice and was on my way in minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF. Thank you Purple Parking. See you on my next trip!

Never again use Purpleparking

Hi, I booked parking at airport and after few days I get email that I can upgrade my booking "no fly cover for £1.50 up to 48H" so I clicked on that and insisted to pay £1.50 I paid whole amount again plus £1.50 so I lost £50!!!, when contacted with Purpleparking company 2 days before booking (and on time when I see on my banking statement) they told me that I made separate bookings and now is to late !!!!! it is ridiculous never use this company again be careful!!!!
Now after my email, and clarified all things all ok and I get refunded, but it supposed to be automatically blocked double booking on the same car registration in the same time on the same parking , then I change review to 5 stars as this problem takes me few hours...

Dublin airport

This meet and greet, under the name of Purple Parking , has been consistently excellent, and good value. Do not let competitors put you off!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!

Used purple parking for a 10 day holiday.

Returned home to 4 parking fines where they had driven our car through zones you had to pay in. Each parking ticket is £90 but 3 gad gone up to £180!

No department to call to complain about this, my only option was to leave this review!

Would never ever touch this company again. Our parking ending up costing us nearly £800!!

4 1/2 hours wait and lying not my job staff ( disgrace)

If I could give zero I would .
Three desk staff at Heathrow Terminal 3 floor 4. 08.17 am 2nd June 2024 . I arrived . Please wait outside for your car .
1 hour later with a queue of 20 couples I went to see the three guys . Could you advise me of the status of my car. Yes we have an accident and the delivery of all cars has been delayed. Oh I see was my reply . Could I ask where my car is . All car are on there way sir.
One hour later 09.20 am. I asked the same question. He called what he said was dispatcher at the hotel car park they use . All in Indian talk both ways so I didn't obviously understand. After hang up . Sir its on its way.
Other vehicles are arriving and guests leaving after an hour wait due to traffic .
10.15 next time at the desk . Same answers same guys . I said look this is too long a wait I've been here in the cold after an overnight flight . Sir its not us we aren't anything but the ticket collectors.
After 3 1/2 hours at 10.46 I called the dispatch directly. Sir nobody has called me and your car is still here .
So i went back and asked who the three guys spoke to on the phone . He said the dispatcher . I said that the dispatcher was on the phone with me now so you have lied . They all three looked away and wouldn't engage with me any further .
Car arrived after 4 and a half hours .
Lying and not a care in the world .
Absolute disgrace .

Due to ‘Charm Schools’ not operating at…

Due to ‘Charm Schools’ not operating at night, we were forced to endure the rude and arrogant driver who took us from Gatwick Airport back to the Purple Parking base nearby. (Reg No. BV70 EEX - 1st June 2350hrs). If you politely ask someone to not eat a cheese roll on your bus then I am sure they will politely agree. If you shamefully and rudely try and belittle someone then it shows that Purple Parking wish their business to be represented in this way ! PP managers, can you help the driver find a dictionary and get him to look up the word ‘manners’. It’ll take a while to educate him and you’ll probably have to help him spell it ! Then you best send him on a driving course !

ELECTRIC CAR DRIVER WARNING
Do Not Use Purple Parking
Parked car @ Heathrow where they take key and park car. Key left in car and car unlocked
Electric car drivers know this leaves car ‘active’ and has discharged over 100 miles of charge leaving me without charge for journey home
Used the chat box who directed me to 1st number which is a mobile giving facility detail but no human to talk to. You can’t leave voice but can text guess what no reply
Given a second option number that cannot be called from Canada
Back to chat box who advised I had ti use these contact points and quickly Ifelt like their employee and Purple Parking had forgotten I was A Customer
As I board my flight home the problem is unresolved
Electric Car drivers be warned
GSKFTD booking ref should Purple Parking choose to act
