My wife and I visited the design…
My wife and I visited the design centre last week , we were received very well by Jon and colleague . We travelled from home which was 1 1/2 hours way just to get full details and we got all the information needed from Jon , who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products available . We left with a smile and we made decision to go with V4 Woof flooring , all thanks to Jon ! My advise is if you are going to invest a good engineered wood Visit the Design centre , you will have better feel of the products . nice coffee as well.

Good sample size, rapid delivery
I requested two samples, and they arrived in a short time, and were large enough to be really useful. As a result, I have ordered some via my flooring installer. Would recommend V4.

V4 - Classy Company Offering Great Products & Advice
Firstly, the showroom is a very stylish & impressive place to visit. We turned up without an appointment, but were shown around by Jon, who was friendly and very knowledgeable...plus we had a great coffee too. The options are clearly laid out and it was easy for us to narrow down to our favourite colours and styles. Plenty of advice on how to care for the wood going forward too. We have chosen an engineered wood for our living room/kitchen and another for bedrooms. Jon provided us with 3 partners who will now be able to quote to supply and fit these items. A great find for anyone looking for a quality company offering a great product.

I am so sorry you haven’t received your free sample selection. We aim to dispatch our samples within 1 working day using a Royal Mail 1st class service. So delivery should have be within 2 working days of your dispatch confirmation. Your free sample order will be resent today on an overnight special service to be with you tomorrow. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

A flooring dream retail experience
I had a great experience at the v4 showroom near Woking. It’s a fabulous building and so well thought out in terms of the different display options for flooring to help aid a decision. It was so refreshing to have such helpful and knowledgeable care and guidance - if only all retail experiences could be like this! Thank you
