Excellent showroom- Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found pretty much exactly what we needed and Jon put us in touch with som people who could supply and fit, so worked out perfectly.

WE had been looking for flooring for a number of months and came across Jon Avenell at V4 Wood Flooring, Jon is a great person, very customer focus and, not once did he try to force us into making a rushed decision. We went there couple of times and corresponded via email and phone calls many a times. Finally when we went there for the final time we spent many hours, he was very patient, accommodating and guiding us, we left feeling really well looked after and achieved our goal of getting the right flooring.
We bought our flooring from V4 wood flooring via one of their recommended suppliers and Jon had been instrumental in our decision making process, A BIG THANK to JON, an excellent customer focused individual.

Really great showroom with all V4 flooring options to see in large displays. Richard and the staff very helpful and offered lots of advice. Was definitely worth the long drive!

Really great personal service from the team at V4 Wood Flooring. We are exploring getting engineered wood flooring for our new flat in London and staff were really knowledgable and answered all our questions and took the time to explain different options and the after care each type of floor will require. The showroom is amazing and very easy to get to from Woking station as we travelled up from London.

Amazing showroom and spoilt for choice with the huge range of quality wood flooring. Service is outstanding (great coffee!) and the help and advice was much appreciated.

The showroom has the most amazing selection of wooden flooring in a wonderfully modern industrial style building. Richard was very helpful talking with such knowledge on the range of products available. I especially loved the coffee and homemade cake while I soaked up all the information as well!! For those wanting a real look at what their floor could look like, then a visit here is a must before purchasing. Thanks! Jenny

Great products with fantastic sampling service

V4 were recommended to us by our local flooring company . There was so much to choose from so Richard at V4 gave us his expert advice and guidance to help us narrow down our choice and we came away with some free samples. Thanks for your patience Richard. We would highly recommend them .

We’ve been undecided on which wood floor to go for since we started looking back in June. With our completion date for our new build now 3 weeks away we really needed to make a decision so coinciding with a trip to London for something else we visited their showroom. It was really helpful to see see such large samples. And has really helped us make a decision we have a winner!

Great customer service - staff friendly, listened very well to understand what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable.

We have had the V4 A111 flooring fitted and are very disappointed. We loved the colour and it looks lovely but it marks easily, and seems to leave these white marks which we can’t work out why they keep appearing. Floor has only been laid for 9 months and is also rippling.

"Helpful", "Attentive" and very "Knowledgeable'... which is helping us choose our floor from V4 Flooring. 1st the garden office and then back for there to do the house. Spent the morning with Rich the Marketing Director. So helpful. Rich spent a lot of time with me showing me the different products and explaining all of the different finishes. Gave me a big selection of large samples to take home with me so I could show my wife. Gave me lots of good advice and guidance about the performance of all the products.

The products are of a high quality the customer service is very good with a follow up email waiting for me when I got home. Highly recommend.
