truly the worst booking software on planet earth.
overly complicated and never actually works. my barbers cant use it, my customers cant use it.
its laggy on every computer, on every piece of hardware even if its vagaro hardware.
Its junk and makes zero sense.
trying to get customer service to do anything about your concerns is impossible. they say they will call you back and they never do.
DO not get this software. it will be the worst business move youve ever made. it definitely was mine.

The customer service is the best of the best. There are some features that I wish they had, but they are also always adding, so hopefully soon different features will be available. Highly recommend Vagaro to any therapists, stylists, wellness professionals. They will take care of you and make growing your business a breeze.

Excellent support from the Vagaro Team after a not so happy switch from Schedulicity. Three weeks of problems and I had various members of Vagaro support team to help me through it all. Great job 24/7!!

I researched many different options before opening my spa room and chose Vagaro for it's user friendly format; for both front & back office, and it has all the features I need to get started. The customer support has been excellent since signing up and I like that I can choose any extra features I want, so I'm not paying for options I don't need.

I have been using Vagaro since opening my business a year and a half ago. All of features are super easy to use, from credit card processing, files storage, SOAP records, and more! I use it for my busy medical spa and have been very happy with the how efficient it is. customer service is always just a call away for help as well.

I signed up to use this service from a pop-up I saw. It seemed very interesting, so I decided to give it a shot. As a startup, I was not sure which direction I wanted to take the business. After a couple weeks of sorting things out, I decided not to offer spa services anymore.
Through their contact form, I submitted a ticket to cancel the service. A little over a week later, I got billed for the new billing cycle, which I cancelled. When I called them about this, the Rep said he saw an open ticked from me and he would refund me, but he can't. He needs to submit it to management for a refund.
A few days later, I got an email from the Management team, refusing to refund me on the grounds that the request was not submitted correctly. I explained that it was confirmed that I had an open ticket about this issue, but they still refuse to refund me.
Mind you, I called them right away, when my card was charged. Horrible customer service. Buyer Beware! They will do what it takes to take your money, and then refuse to refund you. For a major company like this, it's shocking, unethical and very dishonest.
