Very friendly, very quick efficient service

Efficient service.

Mohamad was great - very friendly and diligent. It was easy to book online (although I would have appreciated a confirmation a day or two before).

Everything was really quick and easy.

Highly recommend and would use definitely again.

Exceptional service. The driver arrived ahead of the agreed time and patiently waited until I came out of the airport. Very professional, reliable and courteous. I would definitely use Vaivan again.

Mohammed was brilliant. Really hard working and conscientious. The service was great value as well.

Extremely hopeful arrived on time super service

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mohammed! He was incredibly kind, professional, quick, and efficient throughout the whole move.

I actually made a mistake when booking and rented a van that was too small for the amount of boxes and belongings I had. Mohammed went above and beyond and came with a bigger van instead, without asking for a single penny extra.

He made what could have been a stressful moving day so much easier. Such a genuinely lovely, helpful, and generous person. I couldn’t recommend Mohammed highly enough — excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mohamad arrived within 10 minutes of me enquiring about the service. He was one of the most polite people I have ever met and took all the items away very quickly. I’d highly recommend this service if you need items removed quickly.

Awesome service. I had parking issues but the guys dealt with it no fuss. Communication with the office very polite and on point. I had health issues but Alan and Mohammed made me feel at ease. Good money value. Overall very professional service, no time wasted.

My transporter was lovely. On time, helpful and professional but, beyond that simply a sincerely and naturally kind, decent person.

I was bringing a large number of bags as part of a stressful move and he not only was helpful and efficient, but did so with a grace that made that fairly quick interaction as small part of the complex process of moving a pleasure.

Note: rates can differ substantially based on how far in advance you book. I had to reschedule my flight on short notice and there is a huge difference when forced to not give much notice.

This was my third move with VaiVan! They are so great, on time, professional, super helpful. They take all of the stress of moving away!

The van was not big enough - I have moved before and the van size was much bigger. It also had a weight restriction which we did not know in advance. The movers were great though and very friendly and easy to work with
