A scam company that steals money. Trying to solve it for 3 years and it’s still going on. They used my fake signature, overcharged me for £16000 and keep ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs!
They are keeping trying to scam me, sending shady emails over and over again, and if I DON'T REPLY straight away they will start saying that I agreed to some new terms.
ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL ASKING TO PUT 5 STARS TO THE PERSON YOU TALKED, so it's looks like you just helped the person, but here it looks like people leave good reviews by themselves.
Mechaya was very polite and sorted out my issues
Have been a customer for 2 years , absolutely no problem speaking to someone when they want you to renew however trying to resolve a VAT rebate due to de-minimis rules is impossible. Customer support tells you to fill in the VAT relief form (took them 2 weeks to respond) on the portal which is impossible to locate. Web chat isnt supported and I gave up being held in a phone queue after 30 mins. Customer ID 207642
Asanda, listened to my query and was very helpful in getting everything straightened out. All my concerns were resolved and everything set up as it should.

when i agreed on having Valda energy to supply my business electric , they promised me the meter would be automatically read and i would have no need to read the meter and the correct ammount would be charged , the meter readings are still Estimated and i was over charged nearly a £1000s , they still have not fixed the problem which has been over a year , now as i am out of the country my electric is still been estimated but lower than what the electric is being used , so no doubt there will be a big bill coming if they read the meter. what more can i do,i have tried to
ring and email but no response

Absolute show from this company I have had such a terrible time with them.
I have a new business which I should have been excited about starting but this show of a company have really put a downer it has effected my health with all the stress they have put me thorough .
Phone calls going round in circles explaining the same thing over and over collections team calling me daily when told NO phone calls or emails till problem sorted DO NOT listen or read notes on account .
AVOID
Only gave 1 star because I had to .

Shocking communication. Never reply to emails. Opening meter reading sent to them with photo proof yet they put whatever meter reading they like which is nothing like the opening read. Say the going to look into it to then just receive another bill and amount gone up but opening meter reading still wrong! Ive never been sent a contract to sign, its all confusing, what they say on the phone is different to what they actually do.

I recently contacted Valda Energy’s customer support team and had a really positive experience. (Priyanka) was the person who assisted me, and she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She listened carefully to my query and provided clear, straightforward answers, which made everything much easier to understand.
What stood out most was her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. I didn’t feel rushed at any point, and she made sure I was completely satisfied before ending the conversation.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Valda Energy’s customer support to others.

If it wasnt for Ravin, Valda would be getting 0 stars. The only one person in this organisation that is helpful, looks for resolutions and actually helps customers is Ravin. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ravin and he has gone out of his way to help me and resolve my issue, stayed on the phone with me until it was solved, something that had been going on for 3 months due to incompetent staffing and processes within Valda energy. He was on the phone to me, keeping me in the loop and contacting all the necessary departments to keep things moving and to resolve my situation which was a change of tenancy that just kept getting longer and longer for no good reason. Ravin was able to verify it and bring it to a conclusion efficiently, saving me a lot of money which Valda did their best to extort from me by causing unnecessary delays to ensure a big amount had been built up, all the while no one actually acting on anything. The whole department requires intensive training and I honestly think the lead trainer should be Ravin as he is the only one willing to understand the issues at hand and be pro-active enough to do something about it. I am lucky that Ravin had handed my call or this would have been going on for many more months. Thank you Ravin for all your help and I hope Valda know how much of an asset you are to this crumbling organisation. This guy genuinely deserves a promotion and does far more than many of the 'managers' ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Give this man a raise!!!!
