I had a lovely experience for a four hour tattoo session.

The Tattooist was most friendly and was helpful and kind every step of the way.

Lovely atmosphere and shop in general.

The Tattoo was a cover up and I am most pleased with it.

I was reommended i went there today for my tattoo they are so friendley and while having it done loved that they kept asking me was ok amd my tattoo looks so stunning and it was a relexing would recomend them 100%

My partner Britt and I are visiting from the states and wanted to get something to represent our love for each other, and to remember our trip to England by. We tried a couple of other shops in Brighton but just couldn’t find anyone that we really related to or felt comfortable with. Passing by Valhalla one night on the way back to our friends home they suggested we inquire and see if we could squeeze in the schedule. Sure enough, they were able to accommodate us. Upon entering the shop we instantly knew we had found the right spot. The owners were more than welcoming, and managed to get a design drawn up that was more than perfect. The tattoo experience was comfortable and easy going. The kind hearted spirit of the artist and her husband made us feel so at ease and welcome. This is by far the best tattoo experience we’ve ever had. Hats off to Valhalla for having one of the most unique, clean, inviting, and friendly atmospheres we have ever experienced. Thank you Valhalla, 1,000,000 times over for getting our tattoos perfect and for making us feel so welcome and comfortable in your shop. Cheers!

Brilliant studio! I’ve been looking forward to getting my first tattoo and had it done here with Michelle. Michelle is lovely, considerate and extremely talented. Arranging my appointment with Lee was quick and easy and he was accommodating and friendly. During the course of the appointment, Michelle made sure that I was happy with the design and placement, that I was feeling good and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. One of my main concerns had always been that I would find being in a tattoo shop intimidating and I didn’t feel that way at all. I could not recommend this studio enough, definitely coming back for more.

What an experience. Valhalla Tattoo Studio has turned the age old illusion of dark and dingy tattoo parlours on its head. No black walls or heavy rock music here, but instead a beautiful relaxing light and airy space that you would expect in a beauty salon. With a friendly welcome and offering of tea or coffee while we waited, I definitely did not feel out of place. As a tattoo virgin I was put at ease straight away, everything was explained and even the aftercare instructions were given in well presented and easy to read format. Can’t wait to get my next one.

Michelle and the team are amazing. So friendly and caring. Michelle is an amazing artist and well worth the wait to get your tattoo from her. I honestly don't think that i could have another artist work on me from this point forward. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tattoo studio, that you give Valhalla a chance.

From the moment I walked through the door the whole experience was fantastic. A warm welcome, beautiful stylish studio. I felt completely at ease with Michelle and a love what she has done for me. I will definitely be returning.

Had my first sitting with Jakob at Valhalla today, and I'm really pleased with the results. Fantastic detail with great transition work between a neighbouring piece of ink. During our first consultation, Jakob listened to my ideas, and sent sample artwork for review before the sitting. I was made to feel welcome when I arrived this morning, and the minor tweaks to the design I had asked for had been prepared ready to go. The Valhalla team were friendly and helped put me at ease. I had a much better experience here than my previous (first) tattoo, and I'm super-happy with the results!

The Tattoo Studio in Polegate is lovely and very calming. Michelle was so helpful and made sure I had the exact tattoos that I wanted and was so efficient and kind throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for better service and treatment.

My daughter was very nervous about having her nose pierced but Amy was brilliant. Put her at ease and reassured her throughout. Would highly recommend. Everyone at Valhalla is friendly and easy to ask advice and talk to. Great studio and great people!!

Michelle is such an amazing artist, this is the second tattoo she has done for me and I'm sure it won't be the last! Her and her husband Lee are an amazing team and make you feel so welcome from beginning to end. Such a calming setting. I just love my new tattoo's ❤️ Thank you.

I had a tattoo with Michelle done last week on my ankle and I absolutely love it! I’ve got 5 tattoos so far and it is by far my favourite one! They were all so welcoming as soon as I walked through the door!

Michelle is a fantastic artist and put me at ease whilst she completed my first tattoo, would definitely recommend.

I went to Michelle when she was at MI and she did a great job relining an existing tattoo and designing another. I’ve now been back to her at Valhalla for another small tattoo and she has done yet another great job – her artistic skills are endless. I’ve also met Lee (the new husband and a very nice bloke) and they make a great team and their new studio is fabulous. They are very welcoming and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Keep up the good works guys and I’m sure I’ll be back one day.

I went to have a mermaid tattoo with Michelle today and I am so pleased with the design . I walked out smiling because I was so happy. I was made to feel at ease , and she was so welcoming I would definitely go back for another tattoo.

A superb experience from start to finish, the studio is lovely the people are so friendly and welcoming and the work is fantastic.

Couldn’t think of anywhere better to have a tattoo done. I enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and felt so at ease in the lovely surroundings.

Could not get a better experience than that in my opinion.
